The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta in Jakarta

was there for concert, superb location to the stadium (just a short walk)

Old hotel but the location near to gbk stadium. Gonna comeback here again when I’m watching a concert at gbk.

Excellent atmosphere, cultural gardens and iconic architecture. I will return

Good environment, good service

Strategic location and clean,worthed value, easy get transportation and near go to mall of senayan

Location is great in the city centre. The reception service is warm and great but not the restaurant side. They always forgot to provide the cutlery and always need to ask help.

About service I have asked for cutlery at the lobby then the concierge staff said should be call 0
I accept to do that coz in that time he was quite busy
After that I was calling to room service (number 0) as the staff told me
One of room service staff guy picked up and told me that this is not for request stuff
Must call number 1
So I said the staff at the lobby told me to do this
So how can I get a cutlery from this hotel?!

There is no denying that this hotel has a good location to stay for whom has a plan to see the concert this is the only one reason I will come back here if I do have plan to see the concert next time
