Hotel O Travel-inn in Yogyakarta

those who have the intention of staying the receptionist said he had proposed a price change in the apk but it hasn't been updated, don't want to be fooled, it's just a hotel game, the person you talk to doesn't dare to look into your eyes if he's really lying, he said the guard also forgot to tell the morning shift about booking that, even though my booking hasn't been more than 9 pm, it can be confirmed right away, but the reason is that the booking came in in the morning sis. What the heck have I stayed everywhere if the order has been waiting for 10 minutes to 15 minutes it's already entered in the system, it's complicated to respond usually apologize for no good reason, in the room the walls are also moldy, under the bed there is a lot of garbage and the floor is dusty, there is no toiletry available kit, the towels are also all perforated, at a price of 200 which is outside the application, I think the facilities are really bad, there is no Qibla direction either, the air conditioner is not cold, the KM is really dirty. who want to stay here, please pay attention to the reviews first. When asked, why did he tell him suddenly, sorry for the customer, if that's the case, it looks like he's been lied to, only the response is like this, yes, there have been many who have protested, but the management has not changed the price. doesn't really make sense.

Bad service.
Hopefully this will be a recommendation for friends who want to travel. Be careful. The initial order via OYO, on the day of check-in, I was informed that the room was full and given the option to cancel and ask for a refund to OYO or take over to a hotel with the same management (but you have to add a fee)
Because it was tight, they finally followed their advice to move the hotel location.
He said that the price in the apk had not been upgraded by OYO and bookings entered from OYO to the hotel system also on the day of check-in. So maybe this is the reason for the problems having to pay again / the room suddenly overloads.
This is based on the waiter I re-confirmed at that time. It's really bad and really bad serviced.
I don't know if it's the hotel's fault or the OYO, hopefully the system will be fixed soon.
