Rooms are ok. Would have been better if it has a mini fridge.
Staff are very attentive. When first entered the room, air cond was not cold but was fixed promptly by the hotel staff.
Location is good, not far from the tourist area Malioboro. Express laundry is located nearby, just a 5 minute walk.
Only one gripe...hotel guests have to check out by 12noon. No late check outs.

The hotel is close to Malioboro Street. The staff were very kind. The room was clean and sunny, making for a pleasant stay. There was a security guard at the entrance, so security was good. There was a convenience store across the street. The bath towels were a little old and there was no refrigerator in the room, but I didn't have any problems. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Yogyakarta.

Bad services, we are book for 3 rooms, during check in the water in the bedroom not working at all,
Try to borrow spoon and plate , and we we have to pay , Rp 25 rb..

I love Nueve Malioboro Hotel Yogyakarta so much. This hotel is incredibly amazing, very beautiful, and wonderful.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is totally comfortable and incredible.

I'm gonna review things I dislike or could've been better.
1. Order a queen bed but I get a twin single bed. It's ok
2. My room shower not working properly. Sometimes it's fast sometimes slow
3. Don't have mini fridge. So it's sucks when you bought cold drinks but can't keep it cold
I think that's that. The rest is good for me. Staff were friendly and room were clean. Housekeeping did a good job. Can't smoke in room but you can smoke at the pool. Have parking if you rent car and bike. Hope your experience as good as me.

The hotel is good in general. The service is good, friendly and professional treatment. Correct and spacious room, although somewhat aged. Correct. It has a good pool and very quiet, we hardly saw any movement (7am to 7pm). It is on the street parallel to Maliboro Street, the main one, but the location is good.

The service is good, but we didn't put the sign " Make up my room " but the staff enter the room without our consent. We didn't request any new towels or whatever. And the toilet window style, a bit less privacy. We can see who in the toilet haha, we had to turn off the light for privacy. But if they were spouse maybe it's not a big deal. Overall, clean, comfort and nice place to stay!
