Finding it hard to express in full the gratitude and admiration for the hotel staff, owners and Brown hotels mgmt for bringing to life this lovely hotel in an actual townhouse.
Cosy, noble, joyful (but not loud), elegant.
Spacious and light rooms decorated with a slight 30s retro-twist.
Absolutely amicable and super-helpful guys in the lobby + perfect ambiance for remote work routine.
Stayed here for about 15 days and considered it a jewel of my trip to Israel.

Nice hotel, wonderful position. Breakfast served at the near BoBo Hotel, where they have swimming pool and parking. Good breakfast. Very nice people at the reception.
Just a point to improve: from friday to monday my room has not been cleaned. Saw a cockroach in bathroom.

Stay away from Brown hotels.
They overbooked our room (the large suite) that we booked for 8 nights. The poor receptionist did not know what to do as her manger that was on call did not assist.
Luckily we booked it via Expedia and their wonderful customer service helped us immediately and booked us another hotel.
No one from Brown hotels even called us to apologize.
So my recommendation is: 1. Stay away from Brown hotels in Tel Aviv
2. Book hotels via Expedia - so you’ll have someone to help in such cases.

Overall nice! The bed is not the most comfortable and you can hear the springs are you may on it.. service at the desk was warm and welcoming but directed us to the wrong parking lot and when confronted did not take responsibility or offer compensation
We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean room and very nice personell. Excellent location in walking distance to everything. Would recommend this hotel to any type of group.
