A good lobby, where it's possible to talk together with owner and other guests at the evening. Owner makes tea with mint (arab. nana) for free.
House is quite old. This is real house of Ottoman empire times.
There are some problems with door lockers, light switch etc.
A good location - between the city center and a "holy" mountain Gerizim. This mountain was the original "holy" mountain in Judaism. But later the "holy" mountain was moved to Jerusalem by political decision (as I understood well). But this mountain is still home for Samaritan people.
