Amazing! First impression- spotlessly clean. We were in the Gefen building. Crisp white sheets and towels. All rooms have robes and slippers
The food is fantastic, lots to choose from and desserts were great. Morning coffee done by their barista was a great start to the day. The staff was friendly and pleasant
Spotless rooms Quiet a quaint Room service prompt Food delicious ….. help with getting a Taxie….
Amazing experience. The staff were very nice and the hospitality were amazing. Great food and atmosphere. We'll come again for sure
Staff were excellent. Very clean facility and breakfast was excellent.
I would rate our room as 3 if not less. Dark, outdated, the bathroom small with a slippery narrow bathtub ( does not fit seniors). the extra bed in our room was narrow and small for an adult ( we paid for 3 adults)

A clean and a quiet place to stay , the staff is very kind Great location its littarly near everything , theres a good bar just near by the hotel Thank you we had fun
Good price for a basic hotel, clean and quiet. Best in it, The central location, close to everything, the train station, there is an amazing pub bar with a lovely people that must to visit and experience in Haifa.
It’s hard to get to the hotel. Reception is on the third floor??‍♂️
Basic hotel, nothing to write home about. Location is very central; convenient for guests arriving by train. Room cleanliness could be improved slightly, and my single-bed guestroom could have been a bit bigger
Stayed in early October 2016, single room,no breakfast

We saw people smoking freely near the kiosk and right at the entrance to the showers, which was quite bothersome in a wellness environment. The Massage Service: This was the most disappointing part of our visit
Great Facilities, But the Experience Falls Short TL;DR: A large, well-equipped space with a wide variety of pools and clean facilities, but let down by mediocre massages and overpriced services
Upon arrival, you’re provided with a locker for your belongings, and the showers are notably large and very clean. The variety of pools is the highlight here: Outdoor Pool: A large, heated pool that is very pleasant
We booked 45-minute massages, and both were "medium-minus" at best. While the rooms were large and the temperature was well-regulated, the skill level of the masseuses was lacking
However, while the physical space is impressive, the actual service and experience left us feeling that it is about 30% overpriced for what you actually get
I remember, I went a few years back, But before I left, a battle for the island took place, I am here now, and SOMEONE SOMEHOW STOLE IT?! I heard an inanimate leaf by the name of leafy stole the exact island I was about to go to again

More of a boarding house than a hotel. Sufficient facilities for a night or 2 stay, very close to the beach so perfect as a place to rest between morning and afternoon dips. Staff was helpful and welcoming
Great location, food was okay but not great. The deluxe rooms are nice, the other rooms are simple and a bit dated.
Overall, a good value for the buck

Jerusalem, Koresh St 3, 9199907 Elusalen, Ierusalim, Izrail 🧭 Map
His behavior was not just unfriendly; it was openly hostile and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. Each morning, instead of a greeting, guests were met with short, sharp commands
When I first arrived, I intended to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, I completely changed my mind due to the behavior of one specific member of your breakfast service staff — a young, tall, slim man
The way this was communicated felt more like military commands than a conversation with a paying guest. This kind of interaction instantly destroyed the atmosphere of the morning
When I answered “room” without immediately giving the bed number, he snapped back “Bed!” in a raised, aggressive tone, as if I had done something wrong
In my case, I was abruptly ordered to state my room number — “Room!” — without any “good morning” or basic courtesy
I honestly do not remember ever being treated in such a rude and disrespectful manner in a hotel

Cheap and very basic place, it does not shine for cleanliness. It is cheap
Great place, well-equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, very comfortable conditions.
Simple and well situated hostel, where you can use the kitchen. This hostel presents the advantage to .be quiet, as it just welcomes a few guests. The Bahais gardens are easily and quickly accessible by walking.

New Petra Hostel, Jerusalem1 / 14

Jerusalem, 1 David Street 🧭 Map
To be very honest quite rubbish place, dirty and very old. However it is one of the cheapest, located in a heart of the old city and has cool roof top.
I find this to be a big Shane as I have many fond and special memories from Jerusalem Old City and it's many friendly people- mostly the kind Palestinians who had shops caround King David Street I wish to send my Greetings to any body who I might have run into at the Petra Hostel, like Tobias from Stuttgart, Germany, the very correct and friendly Erik and his Wife who was a good mate and did a lot...
I have been reading the reviews from back in 2006 and it seems clear to Me that the WARM & busteling place I called home for more than a year, only has deteriorated into bad service and lack of cleanliness
I did re-wire the whole buildings electricy (as far at I was allowed to spend money on the project, did manage a goup of other backpackers to cleanout the 14 some rooms that had been un-used since 1947
I talked the 2 old Palestinians brother Mr Nabil and Mr Nadir into re-opening / restoring the 'lower parts of what today is part of the Petra Hostel
So I think I'm one of those peop, still alive today that know this old building better than anybody

The room itself was simple, with lockable storage space underneath the bed. Other hostels also have curtains for the beds and little reading lights, those I would have enjoyed but don't think are necessary
We went by car with no trouble finding parking spots nearby. In the area there are a lot of cute cafés/restaurants, and with the car you are at the beach within a few minutes
There is a kitchen with everything we needed to cook for ourselves, the cleanliness depending on the other guests as well. There is free water, coffee & tea
We didn't try the bar, and there were 2 major events on 2 of our 3 nights, which we could have attended free of charge but didn't feel in the mood to
Also the rooms are open and you don't get a key, so for locking the door you have to arrange something with your roommates (we locked the door during event nights)
There is also a common indoors and outdoors area, as well as a kitchen with everything. I hope to be back in this hostel!

HI Agron Jerusalem Hostel, Jerusalem1 / 10
8.6
Jerusalem, 6 Gershon Egron 🧭 Map
I stayed here with a tour group called MYC and had one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The sheets were well put onto the beds and we received new towels every day to keep us hygienic and clean
I am a member of the MYC tour from America — we stayed here for 4 nights, and the experience was magnificent. The location was incredible, as it was a walking distance from the Kotel
I’ve recently stayed at this hotel on my MYC Israel discovery trip and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There’s even some nice balconies and great areas to chill
The hallways were also very quiet at night allowing for optimal quality sleep for a fun packed day in Jerusalem! Next time im in Jerusalem I will be sure to book here
The staff was very kind, the food was great, and the premises was secure. I enjoyed my stay here, and I highly recommend ANA Agron to anyone who visits Jerusalem
I thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the dining hall, some of them rivaling the cuisine of the nicest hotels I've stayed at
