I liked the hotel, it is conveniently located, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the girl at the reception Yulita is nice, everything is ok. Only the cleaners start talking loudly and vacuuming at 7 am. Otherwise everything is great 👍

Clean, conveniently appointed room just steps from the art museum. Only issue is that setting room to “night mode” turned off the outlets—meaning we had to sleep with some lights on so we could use our CPAPs.

Miriam And Noah at from desk are wonderful. They should be paid well. And, they should both get bonus payments as they go above and beyond especially for new tourists like us.

Noah and Miriam (the front desk staff) were really helpful. Both spoke great English so communication was easy and both went out of their way to advise and guide a first time visitor to Isreal. Hopefully they are paid at the top of the pay range!!

Link hotel is a nice Boutique hotel. Small hotel and small rooms but truly well equiped. . The hotel includes amazing functional amenities. The staff was very courteous, room was impeccable. The rooms are very updated with the nicest modern interior design. But the best was the continental breakfast and the food. Wow we had breakfast like kings. A special thanks to Meir for making our stay pleasant.

The property was under repair/updating. This created a lot of dust in the elevators. The hotel was mostly empty. Breakfast on some days was served downstairs. You were just given a plate. It was nice but not necessarily what we wanted. The waiter also had to go upstairs to get it. He was great and as accommodating as he could be.

Everything was fine, but it was impossible to adjust the air temperature. It was very cold at night! I really enjoyed the breakfast.

The Play Hotel is fine. Located in the center of Tel Aviv. I have no bad words to say or complaints, but I took the time to write this review to say thank you to Maria at the reception. She was so welcoming and polite and nice, both at check in and check out. So we came with a smile and left smiling thanks to her. THANK YOU MARIA .

Excellent hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms and the hotel is maintained to a high standard. There is a spa but for some reason they do not accept Apple Pay. The pool is small and is located next to the spa. During our stay the entire street was under renovation.

We had a very nice two day stay at NYX Herzliya. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; the staff was consistently welcoming; and accommodating and the entire property was modern and well maintained. The location is central with the beach and many restaurants an easy walk (we actually didn't move our car once we arrived).

In comparison with the alternatives it is a better hotel. Clean, calm and a great breakfast. The rooms are small though.

I gave such a low rating because this hotel is dirty! It's dusty, hairs in the sheets, finger prints everywhere. I am staying in a suite and paying alot of money for it yet it's nasty dirty . Breakfast wasn't bad until I saw a bug crawling on the plates . If you are okay with a dirty place this is your place . Otherwise it " looks great" they really need a good cleaning staff

Modern hotel right in the center of Tel Aviv. It is very close to Nahalat Binyamin and the Carmel Market. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby features a spacious coffee shop.

Great location eventough the street is under construction. Rooms, aircon and staff is very nice. I like to say a special thank you for the lady from perth (she said to me; no one knows Perth , hahah, except me) . she helped a lot in the early hours of the day. the cafe downstairs is also great with the ambience. the inly thing is the difficulty to get a cab quickly there .

Small older hotel with a lot of construction around it. The price was inexpensive, but the room was tiny. Not including the bathroom, the room was approximately 12’x12’ and was considered a “triple”. Definitely works if you’re on a tight budget and only need a bed and shower.

We've never stayed in that part of the city and were pleasantly surprised to find such a pleasant and basic hotel at an affordable rate. It was only one night and a nice clean room was just what we needed. There's a minibar and kettle in the room and also free coffee and water at the lobby. The staff was nice, especially Aya the housekeeping manager.

It's a beautiful Hotel with really nice staff. We loved being here. The food is also delicious. The rooms are comfortable and for me it was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool is my personal highlight, because it was so nice to swim like almost everyday. I would love to come here again for another time! :)

We came with a pilgrimage group and stayed 3 nights. Lovely place, super friendly staff, clean and modern. The rooms facing the sea have the best views but unfortunately alsi the noise from the building work taking place outside. The swimming pool opens on May1st.

The staff were excellent! The room was very clean. There was lots of light coming through the window. The view was nice as well. There is a nice pool, sauna, and gym in the hotel. Breakfast was nice. This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at in Jerusalem. It is the most convenient location imaginable intersecting Jaffa and Ben Yahuda. With parking on site for car rental and the best breakfast buffet (extra cost is well worth it-- especially if coming during the festivals)!

Visited with my son for a week in early November. Very friendly reception team,led by the Manager always happy to help. The room was v comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. The location is excellent, although the labour on the tram works seems to have stopped for a couple of years and causes major traffic problems. STAFF IS AMAZING HERE! Very friendly and attentive. The cons are: construction in front of hotel makes getting a taxi a bit complex. Also, they should really add a shower door to the bathroom in the rooms because the bathroom basically floods each time you take a shower.
