The property was under repair/updating. This created a lot of dust in the elevators. The hotel was mostly empty. Breakfast on some days was served downstairs. You were just given a plate. It was nice but not necessarily what we wanted. The waiter also had to go upstairs to get it. He was great and as accommodating as he could be.

Everything was fine, but it was impossible to adjust the air temperature. It was very cold at night! I really enjoyed the breakfast.

The Play Hotel is fine. Located in the center of Tel Aviv. I have no bad words to say or complaints, but I took the time to write this review to say thank you to Maria at the reception. Modern hotel right in the center of Tel Aviv. It is very close to Nahalat Binyamin and the Carmel Market. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby features a spacious coffee shop.

Great location eventough the street is under construction. Rooms, aircon and staff is very nice. I like to say a special thank you for the lady from perth (she said to me; no one knows Perth , hahah, except me) . she helped a lot in the early hours of the day. the cafe downstairs is also great with the ambience. the inly thing is the difficulty to get a cab quickly there .

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at in Jerusalem. It is the most convenient location imaginable intersecting Jaffa and Ben Yahuda. With parking on site for car rental and the best breakfast buffet (extra cost is well worth it-- especially if coming during the festivals)!

We had a fantastic stay here last month. The Staff is top notch and very accommodating. The buffets for breakfast and dinner were fabulous with many tasty options. We felt very safe here. The beds and pillows were comfy and the shower had such great pressure. Excellent location to boot!

It's a beautiful Hotel with really nice staff. We loved being here. The food is also delicious. The rooms are comfortable and for me it was absolutely perfect. We came with a pilgrimage group and stayed 3 nights. Lovely place, super friendly staff, clean and modern. The rooms facing the sea have the best views but unfortunately alsi the noise from the building work taking place outside. The swimming pool opens on May1st.

The receptionist are nice and professional. The room is clean, but is old and here and there in the room you can see it. The bed is not good. Blanket, quilt, pillows are supposed to be white, but actually looks old and yellowish, give a feeling of not very clean. No blanket sheets

Visited with my son for a week in early November. Very friendly reception team,led by the Manager always happy to help. The room was v comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. This is not a a hotel for a regular vacation. It's on the premises of Hadassah Ein Karem hospital. If you are visiting a patient and need a place to stay nearby then it's a great solution. The breakfast was excellent the coffee always available was great and the staff gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday they were wonderful. The only thing about the room is that there was no luggage rack chair for your luggage to sit on so I had to put it on the floor.

We had a wonderful experience. Three days of Jewish New Year. The staff makes one feel that we're visiting their own home. The rooms are spotless, newly renovated and decorated in a modern style.
