Good location.close to the botanic gardens.nice rich breakfast.free parking.nice view.noisy lobby.
The staff person the in reception wasn’t nice at all.
Yes very good Mayer is the best
The staff was very courteous, room was impeccable. The rooms are very updated with the nicest modern interior design. But the best was the continental breakfast and the food. Wow we had breakfast like kings. A special thanks to Meir for making our stay pleasant.
Very clean quaint hotel with great service and fantastic location Highly recommend. We were able to get to room early and check out late with out hassle.
The property was under repair/updating. This created a lot of dust in the elevators. The hotel was mostly empty. Breakfast on some days was served downstairs. You were just given a plate. It was nice but not necessarily what we wanted. The waiter also had to go upstairs to get it. He was great and as accommodating as he could be.

Everything was fine, but it was impossible to adjust the air temperature. It was very cold at night! I really enjoyed the breakfast.
Great hotel close to Azrieli & the train station. Was in Israel for work, and the centrality of Play Midtown made my commute really easy. Staff was nice, and the hotel is surrounded by multiple restaurants and cafes. Also, great location for lots of kosher food options.
Such a lovely experience at Play Midtown. The hotel is located in a 4-5 building complex of office towers, condos, restaurants & Play Hotel units surrounded by a beautiful courtyard. Staff was very friendly & accommodating (especially Maria & Bilal). Restaurants in the complex had a huge variety of food options. And the complex is located less than 5 minutes from Azrieli Centre & HaShalom Train Station...
The Play Hotel is fine. Located in the center of Tel Aviv. I have no bad words to say or complaints, but I took the time to write this review to say thank you to Maria at the reception. She was so welcoming and polite and nice, both at check in and check out. So we came with a smile and left smiling thanks to her. THANK YOU MARIA .
This hotel is just straight up cool. Great staff, great service, and one great location.

Modern hotel right in the center of Tel Aviv. It is very close to Nahalat Binyamin and the Carmel Market. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby features a spacious coffee shop.
Great location eventough the street is under construction. Rooms, aircon and staff is very nice. I like to say a special thank you for the lady from perth (she said to me; no one knows Perth , hahah, except me) . she helped a lot in the early hours of the day. the cafe downstairs is also great with the ambience. the inly thing is the difficulty to get a cab quickly there .
Great experience. I had a little problem with a room cancellation's payment and Sophie and Yuval were very kind to help. Thank you ! I'll come back.
Amazing experience. Best location and nice friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Amazing coffee shop downstairs w the best coffee

This was our rescue hotel after the one I originally booked was not as it seemed😮💨. I should have booked this one from the beginning. The breakfast (kosher), had many food varieties and was delicious. Breakfast staff (elderly man), was really sweet and helpful!
The hotel stored our luggage in the morning while we went on a tour. Location was right smack on the pedestrian ***** that could take you...
Incredible breakfast and rooms. Reception, all restaurant staff and housekeeping are wonderful too, very welcoming and friendly.
I recommend this hotel to all who would like to visit Jerusalem. Transport links are just a few minutes walk away, all the Holy sites are within walking distance too and the community here are wonderful, a lot of happy people who always say hello (Shalom 🙂).
Wonderful place for our family. We made a last minute reservation and wasn’t expecting much. Was exactly what we needed and went beyond our expectations. Breakfast was so good with lots of options. Highly recommend
Central modern hotel
Central, comfortable hotel. Everything.works. Most staff very nice. Very good 4 course breakfast. Comfortable bed
This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at in Jerusalem. It is the most convenient location imaginable intersecting Jaffa and Ben Yahuda. With parking on site for car rental and the best breakfast buffet (extra cost is well worth it-- especially if coming during the festivals)!
Overall it's okay, but the room is a bit small. But the location is very good, it’s convenient to go everywhere

The staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel is very close to Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, about a 10–12 minute walk. Nearby, there are many shops, including grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, clothing stores, pharmacies, and more. The rooms and the cleaning service are very good. It wasn’t my first time here, and I will keep coming back because I enjoy the stay and feel...
beautiful hotel, clean rooms, the reception employees are very kind and help I arrived to the hotel with my husband and the employee agree to gave us the rooms .early it was a very considerate .the hotel is close to the Al-Aqsa mosque

We had a fantastic stay here last month. The Staff is top notch and very accommodating. The buffets for breakfast and dinner were fabulous with many tasty options. We felt very safe here. The beds and pillows were comfy and the shower had such great pressure. Excellent location to boot!
We have just arrived home from a ten day holiday in Jerusalem where we stayed at the Golden Walls Hotel; we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere and the decor was warm, modern but with artefacts from history. Disappointing second stay with poor staff response to noise issues
Place
This was my second time staying at the hotel, but the experience was completely different from the first. The property is a bit worn and in need of care.
Staff
The staff felt neutral and below hospitality standards. When serious issues arose, they were unable or unwilling to handle them properly. Communication was also difficult...
It's a beautiful Hotel with really nice staff. We loved being here. The food is also delicious. The rooms are comfortable and for me it was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool is my personal highlight, because it was so nice to swim like almost everyday. I would love to come here again for another time! :)
We came with a pilgrimage group and stayed 3 nights. Lovely place, super friendly staff, clean and modern. The rooms facing the sea have the best views but unfortunately alsi the noise from the building work taking place outside. The swimming pool opens on May1st.
Average hotel. Only one electric outlet in the room for charging phones. Wood floor was clean . Has a bath tub but no water stopper. Breakfast and dinner buffet are average.
Needs improvement !
It is a dated place.
I expected more...

Wow! What an enchanting place! Every room has a balcony looking out over the Sea of Galilee. The best food in the land! The owners are just wonderful people! If you ever stay here, you will never want to leave! Our favorite hotel in all of Israel at any price!
The place was clean, had good food, and friendly staff. The room had amazing views of the Sea of Galilee and location was close to attractions.
We just came back from a great weekend at the hotel, the owners are a lovely family that keeps everything clean and organized . We had a lovely Friday dinner and a lovely breakfast the food was fresh and delicious. It has a nice size swimming pool and a direct entry to the Kineret. We will definitely come back again.

What a lovely stay. This hotel may not be ultra modern but it is super comfortable, super clean and the hospitality was wonderful. The staff warm and hospitable. The food was excellent. Sunrise over the Sea of Galilee was a treat each morning. Was sorry to leave and can’t wait to go back!,
I would like to write a very positive review about this hotel/ The hotel is wonderful, on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, but the best thing in my trip was the service. Lovely boutique hotel, close to the boardwalk, beach and park Hayarkon.
My husband and I stayed for 12 nights at the New Port Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly, and there is complimentary coffe, tea and cold water in the lobby.
The location is perfect - close to the beach, shopping and restaurant.
Unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was a significant amount of dust, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the cleaning staff was loud and came across as unprofessional.
Considering the price, the experience was not worth it, as there are significantly better options available at the same price point. We were disappointed, especially since this was our second stay at...
The room was immaculate and comfortable, the location is exceptional. The no key doors ( you open the door with your phone), makes it easier to go out without worrying about losing your keycard.
Seaside Hotel, as its name suggests, is located just 100 meters from the beach. The rooms are decorated in a predominantly blue palette, creating a relaxed atmosphere. There's no desk, so it's not suitable for business travelers. 😭
The front desk was friendly. Breakfast was on the first floor, with limited options, but the 24-hour hot water and coffee available in the lobby was quite good.
Good location, comfortable room
Good location. Comfy bed. Good toiletries. The room was a bit dusty (bookshelves and window rails) and the windows need a clean. I stay again.
Loved staying here. The room was super clean and orderly, the room was nice and big with a tv. Lots of lighting and a good sized bathroom. They have breakfast on weekends but not during the week. Super close to the beach, would recommend!

Very friendly reception team, led by the Manager always happy to help.
The room was v comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. The location is excellent, although the labour on the tram works seems to have stopped for a couple of years and causes major traffic problems.
Would definitely recommend the BY 14 and look forward to staying here again...
This was my second time here. The first one was last year and the staff were friendly so I chose to stay here again. This time the manager was not nice at all and he refused to store my luggage for a couple of days unlike other hotels who are normally helpful. I will not probably back again.
If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Tel Aviv – just steps from the beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants – this hotel is an absolute gem. But what truly sets this hotel apart is Raphael with his entire team, who turn every visit into a joyful and memorable experience.

The service was excellent.I was transferred to another hotel because they were closing and the manager carried my luggage to the new place.
In addition, they let me stay at the new hotel until midnight.

This is our second time in this hotel since the beginning of the year! As like before we did enjoy very much! The staff are very helpful & gave good service. The staff in the front the front desk (Michael & Dima) attended every needs we needed. And Issam the evening duty manager pampered us! Me & my friends really appreciate his service & assistance to us! The food is excellent in our entire stay!...
everything was excellent.
my daughter is gluten free and the kitchen staff went all out to give her some of every kind of gluten free food item they make: the choices were very extensive of salty and sweet type foods.
Excellent hotel The hotel is at a high level in all parameters: reception, rooms, lobby, dining room, Carmel lounge. Lior, who has a high sense of service, should be mentioned from the lounge, as well as Luda, and also the chef named Saba, who made especially delicious gnocchi. From the dining room, Javor, who passed by every few minutes and asked if everything was okay and if they needed anything...
Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent food, everything in the dining room is delicious, this is not the first time I've been to this hotel, and I've been to other hotels in Eilat, I like to return to this specific hotel, a month ago I was with my family at Herods, during the Sukkot holiday, Dan Panorama is in no way inferior to the hotels that are considered more luxurious in Eilat.
The best breakfast ever!!! Our room had a hot tub on the patio and entrance to the Business lounge!
Low bed comfort, corridor overly noisy by night, room cleaning (old carpets), TV remote sticky (’disgusting’). Breakfast very few choice of fresh fruits (just watermelon and melon on the four days we've been at the hotel).
Public transportation: station access is fairly too far, wont recommend for families or elders.

The front desk staff was outstanding. The gentleman that was at the desk when we picked up our bags to head to the airport was so knowledgeable and proud of the property that I think he should be allowed time to provide tours - they would be excellent!
The staff was great minus their 7am to 10 am breakfast. I cant eat somewhere if I show up and you tell me its going to be another 20 mins before you open. The YMCA gym is a great bonus. Excellent room (kept very clean), fantastic breakfast, awesome location, and brilliantly helpful staff. We had a great stay and absolutely recommend Jewel TLV Hotel to anyone looking for a quality, friendly place to stay in Tel Aviv.
Fast internet. Clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast was a little light relative to high Israeli breakfast standards but then again it's a small boutique so you can't expect scale.
The breakfast was excellent the coffee always available was great and the staff gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday they were wonderful. The only thing about the room is that there was no luggage rack chair for your luggage to sit on so I had to put it on the floor.
I highly recommend the hotel. The location is great. Very close by the sea and close to a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. I stayed only 2 nights. The breakfast was nice. Missing maybe some normal bread but it was for sure very complete. Little downside. My room with seaview was nice thought the noise from the street is 24/7. For some guests this might be a problem.

The food was tasty and creative. We had a corner room and thus had views of the city and Haifa Port spread below us. It was our first visit but we'll be back again and again.
The food is nice (breakfast, launch and dinners).
The price is average.
The staff is kind and helpful.
Rooms are crampy(small sized).
The infrastructure of the hotel need a whole rework from sewer(hotwater) and leaking pipelines to elevators, electricity, smoke detectors that alerts on shower steam, dim lights, wifi that dissconects frequently and little knobs or accessories that need a fix.

Very basic hotel, the noise from the corridor got into the room since the door was far from sound proof. The fire alarm was triggered 6 times in our short stay and woke us up in the middle of the night.
Very accommodating and kind family owned Hotel. It’s right in the centre of town with easy to find parking nearby. It’s a short few blocks down to the promenade on the Sea of Galilee.
The room wasn’t huge, but was nice and clean. I had a small problem with my mattress and it was addressed promptly.
They are near a famous synagogue if you’re Jewish. They also follow the law and are well set up for Shabbat...
Nice rooms and good service. Family owned(i believe) and very friendly. The building was not very secure-anyone could walk up the stairs from outside and there was work being done on an adjoining building so it was a little noisy one morning. Reasonably priced. I would recommend for a stay. Overall good experience.
Bed was very comfortable. The room was not clean, and is somewhat small (enough in my taste, but should be taken into account). Bathroom lacks some basics like a hook or something where to hold a towel. Location is great. Easy to find nearby parking (at least during the weekend). Rooms had a TV (with Yes) and a refrigerator.
