We have celebrated a family event in the Eilat queen of Sheba hotel and it exceeded our expectations by far! The facilities are super and on top of that the level of service was amazing, we truly appreciate the staff and hotel management taking care of all aspects to ensure we have the perfect experience , extremely thoughtful and professional. we are grateful for everything , thank you all!

What a wonderful stay! We originally had 2 rooms booked for us and our 2 children. Upon arrival the wonderful Shai offered us to upgrade to a suite and how wonderful it was! Staff outside of the facility was very rude

Facilities are nice, view is great, food is mostly sababa (not great, not bad). No smoking zones are technically defined (with signs) but not enforced, so the smell of cigarettes is common around the pool (including kids area).

Very clean, beautiful and well maintained property. The only drawback is not close to Dead Sea. Not sure if a shuttle service to the sea is provided as I rented a car. Would definitely stay here again than the other hotels, even without the Dead Sea access.

The food was very tasty, both at dinner and breakfast. The lobby is beautiful and the location is excellent. However, there was a heavy crowd, and it seemed like the dining room and the reception wasn’t prepared for such a large number of guests. The Hilton is an old school hotel in the best sense - spacious, with lush grounds and the rooms have balconies, a far cry from the modern, glassed-in office/hotels. Been staying here for over 20 years. The property is just not the same. Hotel accommodations were average.. room, bed were comfortable . Food was good, buffet provided many options…but did not spend a lot of time there as there was much to see and do around the city from sightseeing to shopping. Malls, beaches- Red Sea , boat rides, Eilat stone…. Something for everyone!

Very good location. Clean. Good breakfast. All in all it was good. The bathroom is a bit small and less comfortable for me. The front door does a bad job by allowing outside noise from the corridor. Early morning the staff started to work on the walls outside the room and it was very annoying and woke me up.

Had a nice weekend, the service and hospitality was great, especially due to Shira, the receptionist. We will be back agian. Hotels location is optimal, breakfast was plentiful , and clean all around. Pool, beach front, promenade and all attractions of Eilat are just a minute away.

But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels. We chose the Leonardo because of the facilities and the great location on the beach. We weren't disappointed. While no longer the top of the upper tier of hotels in Eilat, the Leonardo is still quite nice, well cared for, and a great place to make your home while enjoying Eilat.

With its fantastic location on the beachfront, Carlton is an excellent choice for its views, comfort, and quality of service. The breakfast is at a separate building with a great view of the sea. Very nice rooftop pool with great view, clean water, and very nice music. Businesses lounge provides the same great views, smiling and friendly staff-Nes&Ira, and nice snack area.

The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents.

The pool is very dirty, looks like they didn't clean it for a long time. I was disgussed to enter it. The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money.

Excellent hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms and the hotel is maintained to a high standard. There is a spa but for some reason they do not accept Apple Pay. The pool is small and is located next to the spa. During our stay the entire street was under renovation.

We had a very nice two day stay at NYX Herzliya. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; the staff was consistently welcoming; and accommodating and the entire property was modern and well maintained. The location is central with the beach and many restaurants an easy walk (we actually didn't move our car once we arrived).

In comparison with the alternatives it is a better hotel. Clean, calm and a great breakfast. The rooms are small though.

I gave such a low rating because this hotel is dirty! It's dusty, hairs in the sheets, finger prints everywhere. I am staying in a suite and paying alot of money for it yet it's nasty dirty . Breakfast wasn't bad until I saw a bug crawling on the plates . If you are okay with a dirty place this is your place . Otherwise it " looks great" they really need a good cleaning staff

Our room was very clean and new and the bed was suitably firm. So either we somehow got lucky and got a refurbished room or the other reviewers were very unlucky to get a bad room. Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually.
