After reading some of the other reviews, we had a very low expectation when checking into this hotel today. The check-in process was very smooth. Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. Huge dining room with possibility to host private events in a separated area. Synagogue, parking, lobby bar, souvenirs shop also available at the hotel.

The array of treatment options is on the level of any hotel anywhere, and the quality of the therapy staff superior as well. Location is prime. you can choose between the pool and the amazing see beach. also located directly on the broadwalk with plenty of shopping and food alternatives. room was excellent. very spacious, amazing balcony with ocean view. the bath is also very large compared to other hotels. and has a bath tub with jacuzzi and also a shower.

Typical dead sea hotel. Nice rooms, decent food, good coffee, across the street from the beach. Tiny parking lot, not nearly adequate. Busboy took my plate and fork from under my nose while i was still eating, without even asking. Find another hotel where they have respect for guests.

It is a good hotel although a bit far from main city. It has a nice seating area with a good view to look and relax. Amenities like swimming pool and gym are available. Unlike other hotels this one does not provide a free coffee machine for self-use. They charge you every time you want a coffee. Make sure you turn on the "Do not clean" button when going to sleep. Rooms are extremely small. Hotel bedding is lackluster at best. The bed cover is very small could not cover 2 people. This is a hotel fitted for younger clientele. At one point in my stay housekeeping left their cleaning supplies in my room. I definitely would not stay here again.

The taxi driver the hotel ordered to us for travel to the Navon train station in Jerusalem, cheated us. He took 150 shekel for about 4 km without traffic in the morning about 06.30! The price should be about 60 shekel. So the hotel should be more careful which taxidriver they order for their guests.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!
