We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a really nice, clean place to stay. It feels like you are staying in a castle. The staff are great and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again for sure.

Breakfast was good. Slightly different hot foods every day. Bed was comfortable and clean. Pillows were a little too soft and needed to use 2. 10 minute walk to Nablus/Damascus Gate.

My family and I have been enjoying our stay at the hotel for nearly a week. We particularly appreciate the hotel's fantastic location, which offers convenient access to all the major tourist attractions in Jerusalem. We stayed here for our wedding week and had an amazing time in the top suite. The view is amazing, the food was great, the staff were lovely and the room was super comfy! The location is fantastic for getting around anywhere, super close to emek refaim and the old train station, which make touring and eating super accessible

The location couldn't be better! Rooms are on the small side which is expected for the city center but they are functional and squeaky clean. The young staff is accommodating, professional, and eager to please. Happy hour between 5-7 with nibbles and drinks was an unexpected treat. If you come by car, they offer reduced fee parking in a lot very close by.

The best location, nice staff. Little bit shabby and needs little carpets next to the beds and in the bathroom. Very much appreciate their booking parking for us.

The hotel staff did their outmost to make our stay perfect. We had great rooms. The happy hour every afternoon is very special. We had help with dinner reservations. We had a great time. Also the hotel location is great. Most places in city center are within walking distance.
