Fantastic experience! I stayed at Kook because it was recommended to me by the excellent staff at Stay Inn. I'm so glad I followed their recommendations as there was construction on King George St that would have been challenging to ignore.

I can't say enough about Renee and Noa, the sweet and kind employees who made my arrival, stay, and departure easy and care-free. They were so attentive to my needs and made me feel at home.

The room recommendations was more than I expected. It was cute, spacious, and had a big patio. The room had wifi, a little breakfast knook, AC, TV, a very comfortable large bed, a pull out sofa, extra blankets, and a large shower/tub.

The hotel is super conveniently located off of Jaffa and a quick 20 minute walk to the kotel. literally 2 miles away.

Renee was sweet enough to walk me to the light rail.

Overall, I had the most pleasant experience and I will definitely return.

Everything is on a level, the only thing I did not like is that the room does not have a table or bedside table where you can put your phone or other necessary things, also the bath towels did not have a particularly pleasant smell.
Overall, the hotel is in a very good location and the staff service is very good, the bathroom and toilet are also very good.
compared to other hotels the price is very good.
I recommend it!

I was going to leave a low review regardless due to the WiFi and AC not working but due to the fact that I’m Currently stuck outside the door because their key card stopped working I feel it’s appropriate time to leave a 0 start review. There is no one at the reception, no one is answering any of the phone numbers left on the reception door. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

Despite there being a war in Israel, the hotel is insist on charging 100% cancelation fees. All other hotel chains in Israel are allowing cancelation with a full refund, since it is impossible to go on vacation and leave children alone in bomb shelters during a war. Only this hotel chain (STAY hotel group) is refusing to allow cancellations. I do not recommend ever booking with them.

This hotel has the worst customer service i ever experienced. We tired to cancel our reservation for 3 days straight and we were lied to, and you cant really get a hold to someone how can actually help you they just moved us around between them with no real help Such a disgrace

This hotel is a good location very close to several areas of shopping and food. I had no problem getting anything I needed. Fadi was extremely helpful and did everything possible to help. Seems like the rooms are a little different. Some pictures are different from others and some have a desk while others are missing a chair. He helped me buy providing a chair for his office which was very nice. I found the rooms to clean and comfortable. But they were a little smaller than what I was expecting. I was only in the room between large tours anyway so it was not a big deal but it was a little cramped for all of my things. Overall everything went very well and I had no issues at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Our room here was a lovely haven from all the hustle and bustle of the city and our days of exploring. Centrally located, just off Jaffa Street where the main tram lines run and at max 15 min walk from The Old City. Our room was clean , quiet , kept stocked up with towels , water etc … we had a ground floor room with a balcony . Great air con and huge double bed. The manager was super friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us & assist when needed. There is a convenience store 2 min walk down the hill open until late eve. Jaffa street and streets surrounding have plenty of places to eat out . The only thing I would want to add to this stay would be a communal area to get food and refreshment but having said that you have a fridge in your room and amenities are close by. Would go back …

Although the hotel is good looking, the service is terrible. During our stay, it was raining and the weather was cold and the air condition wasn't working to heat up the room. We reported the issue from the first night and since they were unable to fix it the same day and there was no other empty room, they told us that tomorrow either someone will come and fix it, or they will change us room and make also a refund as an action of good will. No one communicated the next day, and we had to report again the issue during the evening. Once again nothing changed. Overall, we reported and asked for a solution 4-5 times, concerning the heating, no one ever got back to us. They simply don't care about the customer experience. Additionally, we came for check in 1 hour after the time the room should have been ready and of course, when we came the room was still dirty from the previous clients. They cleaned it up fast and the floor was still dirty. Last but not least, a very important issue is the fact that the rooms close to the reception are too noisy due to the people that come in and out of the hotel. There is no noise cancellation at all. And of course, there were people left outside who had to check in in the middle of the night, but no one from the reception was there, and they were yelling which, as a result, was an obstacle for us to sleep. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all, and I am not used to reporting in public my disappointment with services and businesses, but this one was really bad, if someone takes also into consideration that it is not a cheap hotel, and they never even contacted us back to apologise for not doing anything concerning our requests.

Terrible service. I have told the hotel I was going to arrive between 5:30-6pm and got absolutely no response. When I arrived at 5:25pm there was already no one in the reception, and I was left trying to get a hold at someone for 30min using phones numbers that never worked from a sticker on the reception door.
Also, Bed is uncomfortable and windows are not sound proof.
