Our 40-day stay in Jerusalem was exceptionally calm and comfortable. The hotel consistently delivered excellent service throughout our visit. In particular, we would like to commend Randa Toubassy at the reception desk—she was always welcoming, professional, and helpful, greeting us with a warm smile and ensuring our needs were met promptly.

The owners are so accommodating and helpful! Lovely space and have stayed there twice now this year. Location is convenient to the shuk and places to eat. There is a large park also within walking distance and taxis are easy to get to from the hotel.The local cats are a cute plus!!

Great location, warm family-run hotel We had a wonderful stay at the Biazi hotel. It is excellently located close to Machane Yehuda market, and we walked everywhere. This is a family-run hotel and the family are so welcoming and the hotel is filled with artefacts throughout the family history which is so special. Would definitely recommend.

My room had an incredible view of the Temple Mount! Very nice people!

Room could have been a lot cleaner. It was smelly and had a dusty odour. The bathroom drain was full of hair and the fake flowers were full of dust and we had to rest them outside on the verandah that had no table or chairs so impossible to enjoy unless standing.

Room is big, but is no parking in the facility. So is hard to find parking in the street

We are visiting hashimi hotel from South Africa for 5 days. The hotel is the best location in the old city very near to Al Aqsa walking distance is 500m. However, the room and bathroom is very tiny. A very convenient hotel in the heart of the old city, close to many of the attractions and particularly Masjid Al-Aqsa. There are several gates in close proximity to the hotel, so the mosque can be easily reached. The rooms are comfortable with very basic furnishing. The view from the upstairs eating area is just amazing and very pleasant to sit there during the evenings. Good WiFi in the rooms.

The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, but it's too far to Old Jerusalem, and you have to cross many hills and valleys. It's difficult to get to and from on foot, even if you take a bus. We loved our stay at Paamonim. The hotel is very clean and quiet, and the location is fantastic--as central as you can get. In the 3 days I stayed there I had to change room twice -- 1st being the room was too hot as there were large windows and central heating was in place as it was still winter, 2nd being there were cigarette smoke smells coming through the air vent due to smoking other rooms. This was always a very good hotel. But since 2025, all Christian symbols and icons have been removed. Ninety percent of the guests are Muslim. The breakfast buffet has been redesigned for Muslims, as has the hotel itself.

Amazing location, amazing service, amazing F&B outlet. Cannot be more perfect than this. They make you feel like home. Being a boutique hotel with only 14 rooms it makes the stay more special and personalized. The staff are like family members taking care of you like a family.

Visited the restaurant a couple of times. Both middle eastern and Italian food are great. Pizza is excellent. Taybeh (local) beer goes well with the food. Friendly service with very good English. Reasonable prices. Definitely a great option for lunch or dinner!

overall was what i expected for the price. Nice surprise was a common kitchen. The Bad: no tv or room fridge as advertised. It is up to other guest to let new arrivals in so prepare to wait outside for someone who happens to be leaving or coming. Pointing this out to the staff was met with shrugs. They didnt care.

For the price, it was what we expected. No complaints but this is definitely a budget hotel. No frills. Great location. Super nice staff. Easy in/out, no wasting time on paperwork. Parking is tricky so if bringing a car, be warned there is no nearby parking. We only stayed one night and didn’t spend much time in the hotel but it served our needs.

The owner was friendly and helpful and the location is very central. The bed sheets were clean but there were many small flies congregating in the bathroom because the window screen had a design fault were it has open gap letting the flies in. The overall cleanliness has room for improvement. Given the high cost of Jerusalem, the price of the room is reasonable. So you get what you pay for.

For two of us (married) the room was small by our normal standards in the USA. But…TV had 5+ English channels, shower in the corner was good with hot water, and small refrig served our needs. I would have liked a breakfast area but Aroma Coffee is 30 steps from the front door. No elevator and first rooms start on the 2nd floor. There was at least another floor above us.

I have spent a couple of nights in this hotel and I have enjoyed a lot. It is very well situated, good price and nice staff members, very helpful. When I arrived I had access to the room very much which is always appreciated after travelling. I liked it so much that I have added an extra night to my stay. The hotel was very nice. Staff extremely friendly, we even got a free upgrade to a better room. The location was great as it is very close to the city center and in the middle of an area with many shops and restaurants. One comment that I have is that the breakfast was missing labels on the food so we needed to ask in case we did not recognize the food.

I attempted to get breakfast, I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t pre-pay. That’s understandable. So instead of them offering me an option to purchase it or just add to my room bill the man at the front desk told me “No Breakfast.” Sorry but as a 40 year old man I’m not gonna put up with being talked down like a child.
