authentic, cozy, quiet, despite the hotel being full, delicious food for breakfast, great restaurant, very authentic and cozy rooms. This hotel also has a very cool spa, where they do quality massages, and there is also a gray-haired woman there, who like a fairy envelops all the hotel residents with warmth! thank you!

Amazing place, at the most beautiful area of old Jaffa. Room and common spaces are well thought after, with uinque and luxurious items and overall feel.
Food at Breakfast was one of the best I have eaten at any hotel.
Only thing I would improve is the fact there was no snaks at the mini bars (empty with a few sodas/mineral water) and that the towels are small and feels cheap (by any standard).

Mediocre with a high end price tag
I stayed at the Jaffa many times this last couple of years but this is the first time since the change from Marriott to there current management it definitely took a hit in excellent service. I stayed during Yom Kippur for my girlfriends birthday try to get a hold of the front desk to make some details added didn’t get any one helpful or competent on the phone. When I arrived the pool was closed,no valet service and a skeleton crew working the next two day. The front desk wasn’t particularly welcoming and helpful as been my experience every stay I had there. Asked for a late check out which I have been offered and accommodated complementary in all my stays to enjoy the day and pool since it was closed the last two days. I offered to pay they denied and told me the room was needed. Not worth the money I paid for my stay. I expect an experience of excellence that’s what has drawn me back time and time again the staff was incredible welcoming,polite and made sure of a great experience from start to end. Didn’t experience that remotely this time just paid for it but didn’t receive it.

The hotel was very nice staff were nice pool was crowded but was nice. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable very modern and cool architecture feel of Jafa. Best hotel in Jaffa but would suggest not too long of a stay it’s I not a hassle to get to Tel Aviv but it’s better to stay closer to the main city.
