I stayed at this hotel with my brother and his wife a day ago - June 5th 2026. Location- amazing, straight to the point . You are in a middle of everything. Very clean. I slept on sofa bed- very good mattress. They do not provide breakfast but they give us vouchers that fully covered fantastic breakfast at near by restaurant. They have very good a coffee maker in enterance. In a room was very nice bottle of vine. As short term rental host in Canada I was impressed with modern design of bedroom. You can feel personal touch in every corner of the hotel. Stepano - receptionist kindly provided us with beach towels for next day and allow us to leave our language in enterance. I would definitely come back and highly recommend to stay there.

Great location, and super nice staff.
The room was quite small, and the corridor smelled a bit of dump...
But, all in all - good place. I will return 🙂

I highly recommend this hotel. The price was excellent considering the amazing location, just steps from Dizengoff and Gordon. It’s a small hotel, and I stayed in a single room — compact but perfectly sufficient for one person over three nights. The room was clean, tidied daily, and stocked with toiletries, bottled water, and even a fridge. The bed was very comfortable. As a light sleeper, I was worried it might be noisy, but it was wonderfully quiet. The hotel also provided beach towels, which was a nice extra touch.

Dizengoff Garden just won the “smallest hotel room” competition! This is where the itsy bitsy spider lives! Once two people are inside, they can forget about opening their suitcases. Sardines enjoy more spacious accommodation in the can. Luckily we only stayed here one night. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located relatively close to the beach, in a safe area. Public transportation is right around the corner. To summarize it, it’s a budget friendly place, resembling more of a college dormitory (easy going vibe, barely there reception area) then a proper hotel. I’d still recommend it if you’re there for a night, or if you’re on the budget.

I recently stayed at the Dizengoff Garden Hotel during a short trip to Tel Aviv. At first, my experience was quite positive: the room was clean, the location was central, and it was easy to explore the city and reach major attractions by feet. Unfortunately, the last day of my stay completely ruined the impression of the hotel.

One of the biggest issues is breakfast. The hotel does not provide an in-house breakfast service. Instead, they give guests vouchers for nearby cafés. At check-in, I was handed several vouchers and told I could use them for breakfast at partner cafés. What the staff failed to mention was that these vouchers are capped at 70 shekels. If the bill exceeds that amount, the guest has to pay the difference out of pocket.

I only discovered this on the final day when I went to a café and my bill came to more than 70 shekels. I had no problem paying the extra, but since I had never been informed of this rule, I asked the café manager to confirm with the hotel first. The cafe manager mentioned that hotel will sort it out with me, so I do not need to pay anything. When coming back, the hotel accused me of refusing to pay and even went so far as to say that I will be “blacklisted” from staying here again.

This behavior was shocking and completely unprofessional, especially considering the fault was entirely on the reception staff for not explaining the voucher system properly. Neither the booking details nor the vouchers themselves mentioned any 70-shekel limit. Rather than admitting their mistake, they tried to blame me.

What began as a pleasant stay ended in a very unpleasant experience. Because of the poor communication and unacceptable treatment by the staff, I will not be returning to this hotel, and I cannot recommend it to others.

The best thing about this hotel is the location - in the heart of the city with many restaurants and bars all around. Easy to reach with public transportation and very close to the beach. The hotel itself is nice and clean and very practical. The rooms have beds, shelves for your stuff, bathroom and mini fridge. In the lobby you have a small shared kitchen as well as coffee and water all day long. Reception is open 24/7 and the front door is always locked, so you do feel safe and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a place to stay right in the middle of the Tel Aviv Scene but still quiet and comfortable - I would certainly recommend this place!

This absolutely gorgeous place is perfect! Clean and with a warm welcome! I felt like being with my family! Coffee in the morning before going exploring the city and the sea nearby. A glass of wine in the evening before going to bed. I’ll come back!

One of the worst boutique hotels I have been in Tel Aviv. The rooms are not clean, dusty and moldy. The pictures of the room cannot explain how bad the room setup design. Ww couldn't sleep all night due to a lot of noise from the street and also from the inner hotel water system, elevator and rooms isolation. It really does not feel like an hotel, feel like an hostel or apartment building. In the same price or less you can find hotel 100 times better!!
