The hotel is in a great location. But it is a bit run down. The noise coming from other rooms, such as when another guest flushed a toilet, was quite loud. I had to ask for soap. Parts of the shower fitting came loose while it was being operated. There was a water leak in the hallway, and an odour.

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Premium Price

Our recent stay was unfortunately well below expectations.

At 3 AM, we were awakened by excessive noise from the adjacent room - a group of guests having a loud party with music at full volume. While the front desk staff did respond after several attempts to contact them, their handling of the situation was ineffective. Instead of properly addressing the disturbance, they merely made a polite request to lower the noise. Predictably, the party resumed at full volume within 10 minutes.

Only after a second complaint and more forceful intervention did the situation improve, but by then it was already 4 AM before we could finally get some sleep.

Additionally, we discovered a severe plumbing issue with the sink leaking significantly, causing water to flood across the floor of our room.

When addressing these issues with management the following morning, we received only a basic apology with no offer of compensation or resolution for our severely disrupted night.

For a hotel charging premium rates, this level of service and problem management is unacceptable. The combination of ineffective noise control, maintenance issues, and poor resolution of guest complaints makes it impossible to recommend this property.

The hotel is in great location but currently is surrounded by city construction and this is not disclosed in the reservation process. It is very difficult to find the hotel and you hve to carry your bags for about two blocks. We called the hotel for directions and noone answered. when we arrived at 11pm there was nobody to check us in as the front desk agent was at their sister hotel next door. Very bad start.
it got worse. If I could upload the video and sound of the LOUD noises coming from the bathroom constantly, I would. Loud running water sound and a explosion type sound every 30 seconds! I complained at the front desk in the morning and it never got resolved.
The hotel is filthy and in disrepair. Hallway carpeting is sticky. Room doors and walls are scratched and need paint desperately.
The work out room has no air conditioning and had dripping water from the ceiling. No towels to wipe the equipement.
Very poor service throughout the hotel. This was our anniversary and I paid for a nic room and was hoping for a wonderful experience. I got neither.
I would not recommend this property. I travel for work and pleasure and have top status on hotel, airlines and others.
