First impressions are good, but the rooms are a little tired. Also, the high floors are not part of the hotel, so (sea) views are a little compromised. In truth, unless the price is right, you can do a lot better in Tel Aviv. Overall, a disappointment.

We would have had very different impressions if it weren’t for Homer. He truly takes this hotel to another level!
The room was nice and the breakfasts were excellent.
However, I am still very upset that my deposit has not been returned. I have already contacted the hotel many times about this, but so far without any result… 😖
Neither contacting the hotel nor reaching out to Trip.com has helped, so I now have to contact my bank.
Also, when the hotel charged the deposit, I asked for a printed receipt, but they told me that this is not customary in the country

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool
Upon arrival I was told pool is under construction.
I was refered to for pay public pool...that was closed.
They wouldn't comp me for breakfast either
Essentially they said " sorry ..too bad"

Great hotel especially the staff and the professional and welcoming attitude nothing was a problem
The room we had was of a very good size although the property is being refurbished and the swimming pool was not available ＜we where informed＞ prior to booking and on checking ＞ nothing was a problem and that did not effect our trip
