I travel frequently and have been an Ambassador for 10 consecutive years. This hotel had the best run club lounge I have been to so far. Adam, the manager, made sure th service and food we top notch every day. The staff was absolutely incredible!

This is an amazing location! It is right on the beach. If you have enough Bonvoy status they take you up to the lounge on the 18th floor for check in. The staff up there is very attentive. Adan checked us in and made sure we had complete tour of the facility. Every evening we had drinks and a light Mediterranean style dinner. Plenty of fish dishes and the desserts were amazing. Anna, Zenaida, Nazal and Elena were all fantastic hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were also superb. We had beach front views and could watch the sunset every evening with nothing blocking it. I had a one bedroom, two bath suite that was bigger than my first apartment. The hotel restaurant also had a fantastic menu. During the day we could walk out to the Mediterranean and watch all of the runners, bikers and athletes go up and down the boardwalk. It appears that the French Embassy was right next door so there were quite a few French speakers around and the US embassy was just a little further down the way. The building felt quite secure and all of the amenities were top notch. Absolutely would come back and stay again.

The Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv is an excellent hotel. What really makes it special is the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff at the Club Lounge. I wish to especially thank Mazal for her warmth and friendliness during my check in process and throughout my visits to the Club Lounge. I also wish to thank Maria who spent time with me today successfully resolving a problem with a taxi service. Both women deserve special commendations. It is nice to see a cook preparing eggs for breakfast in the Club Lounge. My room is quite spacious, comfortable and clean. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The breakfast buffet in the main restaurant is fine. You can get eggs to order. The selection is quite large. It seems that you need to go to a coffee station and someone will prepare your coffee. The bathroom is fine for one person. Excellent shower! The pool area is quite large with covered seating by the pool and with upholstered seating away from the pool. It’s very breezy there even on a warm day. The gym is well equipped.

My favorite Hotel in Tel Aviv. There is great Lounge on 18th floor with amazing staff, extremely friendly and helpful manager and all employees, new employee Marry Ann was very helpful and always smiling. Actually the staff are main reason why I always book this Hotel. Thank you ❤️

With outstanding service, excellent amenities, clean, well-designed rooms the Sheraton Tel Aviv offers a five star experience. We were warmly greeted by Henri upon check-in, who upon learning we were part of a group of 14, went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Being on the club room floor gave us lounge access, a perk worthy of the extra expense. The hotel surpassed all of our expectations. Highly recommend.

Stay absolutely away from the Spa (and I don't care if the person replying to this review sais the spa runs independently of the hotel! You ARE responsible, under your establishment, and roof!!!) Shame on you. Do NOT use the Spa these people will charge money and keep it without delivering!!! Disgusting behaviour, horrible, rude and aggressive staff & manager!!! I also overheard them dismissing tourists coming in to enquire. Keep away !!!!! I want my money back!

The reviews are true. This is the finest Sheraton in the world (IMO). Great location. Excellent rooms and amenities. Excellent vistas. Excellent service. I want to call out Mary Ann in the Club Lounge. She was an excellent representative of the property throughout our stay in the mornings. Recommend: Club Level. Recommend: Rooms from x02-x10 My only comment for improvement: please ask h/c to wash new towels before use. My new towel was fluffy soft but it ‘shed’ all over me after use.

We had an excellent experience from the moment we stepped foot in the property. From the very friendly and helpful front desk staff to the very hospitable and accommodating Club members lounge staff. Special shout out to Mary Ann at the club lounge and Henri at the front desk for making us feel extra special and welcomed, went above and beyond

I had an amazing stay. The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was amazing, and the location was great. The hotel looks like new and they don’t nickle and dime you about everything. I got free glass bottles of water daily, daily morning and evening room housekeeping and they even gave me chocolate before bed. The pool area is beautiful and it’s in such a walkable area. There was all sorts of good gluten free food nearby too. I would definitely stay there again!
