We stayed for Shabbat and shavuot holiday. Although the first evening was a bit problematic as it was the first major event they did, the rest was very smooth. We had a good time and would recommend the hotel.

+ It was a rich breakfast included: yogurt, eggs, shakshoka, many cheeses, vegetables, and more.
- The floor of the was not clean.

Great location. Rich breakfast, we had a nice view from our room on the fifth floor, the rooftop is amazing and was totally empty after 23:00, the stuff is very nice and helpful.
Cons: we had a bit of a leaking shower, after showering. But not a big deal. Also the curtain was stained with wine but i noticed it by mistake and it didn't bother us that much. Overall, great room, lots of spacious and a chill design. Very quite.

Hotel is in very good position. The soundproofing is excellent. The staff very professional, attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good variety. The only small things were attention to cleaning (rubbish bin full of previous customers waste) and minor cosmetic details in the room. The bathroom was good but having glass meant that turning on the light during the night might wake your partner. The shower was excellent. They have a small car park which i think is on a first come first serve basis. Overall a great place to stay in a convenient position.

I'm not usually one for a chain hotel, but this place has a semi independent vibe with its decor. We got a room on a high floor which gives you an amazing view of Jerusalem! The breakfast is lovely with a wide selection of hot/cold items. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The WiFi wasn't great as it kept dropping, which meant I had to keep signing in (and sometimes it didn't work). Location was great, and within walking distance to lots of nice bars/restaurants and also to the old town.

On the bright side - Good location within short walk from center. Beautiful decent sized rooms. Free parking usually available nearby.

On the other side - Horrible service! especially at front desk. Would have graded 5 stars if not for the very bad service - had to ask about three times in order to get a baby crib which we paid for brought to the room. Had to argue about very trivial requests, and saw others go through the same. Manager had a terrible attitude! Also food is mediocre at best.
