**BIG Warning-STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL ,BIG RED FLAG ALERT!!!***
Thinking of booking this Hotel you should Read this review before - trust me You want to read this one!
This hotel is by Far the worst Hotel I’ve EVER been too and I’ve been all over the world !!!
I Post reviews for hotels all over the world and restaurants based on my experience!
And this place has so many RED FLAGS!
Let’s start with their Staff members first!
I booked this hotel online and ISRAEL was under war at the time they over charged people like there is no tomorrow
I paid In advance my stay and the taxes 17% for the hotel as well all in advance before my arrival
When I got to the hotel with all my things
I’ve experienced the most shameful and disgusting attitude from a guy by the name of “Vincent” this guy argued with me more than an hour next to everyone (so embarrassing and shameful!)
Claiming I need to pay the hotel taxes accusing me that I didn’t pay it and he isn’t going to give me my room . I showed him the The Receipt that shows I pay for the room and taxes but he still continue to argue and didn’t even try to call booking!
After an hour of this bs I called the cops cause he wouldn’t give me my room which everything was paid for and again I showed him ! (See proof in photos I’ve attached). After all this a lady y the name of Orit came to me she is their manger and asked me to speak with her I told her ever she tried to apologize about his behavior and said anything I need to speak with her and she is sorry about what they put me through , when she learned that I was a hotel reviewer she then upgraded me cause she saw how upset I was “trying for me not to write about this terrible experience I had”
She gave me a room upgrade (which I didn’t request!) I told her this is not how a guest should be treated when they come to a hotel ! But it didn’t end there!!!
For 4 nights I had cockroaches all over the suite
Discussing I send her many messages but she didn’t fix this issue!
I then come to kill some of them move the fridge and find a nest of so many of them I tried to reach hotel other manger and we met this has been going on for 4 night out of the 7 days I booked
I requested a refund for all the nights I was complaining and nothing is done still sleeping with cockroaches see attached photos !!
A hotel that is considered to be a 5 stars hotel should not have big COCKROACH S and do nothing about this and not pay me back my money!! I stayed because they told me they are taking care of this issue and will refund me and nothing was done !!! So I go done this morning demanding to know what is going on and that I want my money back in full that they told me to wait and I did for a solution which was a lie !!!
The. They. Called the cops cause I had requested answers and they don’t call the mangers to give me them !!!
This Hotel cleaning is 0 I wouldn’t even give it
A 1 star!! The staff members are rude and disrespectful to people !!
And the food is re made from the day before !!
A Motel 6 style hotel style so if you thing of booking it take my word for it DONT!!
Stay Away
And go to other hotels like Royal Beach !
This place over charges so you would think it’s good but it’s NOT!!!
So to the CEO of this hotel
Shame On you !
You can expect a big Lawsuit coming your way
For destroying me and my daughter Vacation
And you can count on it that this will not be the end of it I will make sure everyone will stay away so this won’t happen to them!!!

And a claim with the Israel health department
I’ve reached booking mangers regarding this matter as well and the Israeli News!
And my lawyer is on this as well !
If you think your hotel is going to take advantage of people like this well you are off !

We spent 3 nights in this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel on the 29/05-01/06/2025.
We stayed on the 5th floor.
The room was small and below expectations.
We travelled to Israel from Australia, so we spent 25 hours in the air.
We were extremely tired and jet lagged.
On our floor there were families with young children and young adults that came to “party”. Twice within 4 hours the children ran up and down the hallway, knocking on every door, screaming and misbehaving. We asked the Parents to deal with their children. This didn’t help and continued to disturb us.
We rang reception twice within 2 hours for assistance. They told us they would send someone (security) up to deal with the situation. It never happened!!!
In the middle of the morning Saturday & Sunday the female adults opposite us came back from “clubbing” with male friends screaming, playing up and no regard to the early hours (02.00am-04.00). Numerous attempts to ask them to keep the “peace” was unsuccessful. They were extremely rude and abusive!
At the breakfast hall there was a Guest that took food with her bare hands and staff did not ask her to respect “food and safety” protocols!
She filled multiple shopping bags with food and continuously took bags of food items to her room and came back to take more.
I have videos of this situation. She repeated this occurrence on the three days we stayed at this hotel. I mentioned this to one of the staff and asked them to do something about it. They ignored my request. Disappointed. Disgusting. Very poor attitude! Sick!
Hygiene standards were neglected here.
The Breakfast staff should be re-educated in “food handling” standards or sacked.
This is so bad in a world that has so many different allergies, diseases, Covid and the Flu.
The Pool has signs stating that it is a “non smoking” area. Lots of guests did not follow the request to keep the swimming pool “a smoke free area”. When we asked the staff to reinforce this matter they were not willing to oblige. So that was a big let down again.
We found out after 2 days staying at the hotel that the reception staff did not advise us of the fact that there were additional services such as a Free Gym. Poor and slack staff!
We were extremely disappointed with the room, the services and the staff that did not care whatsoever! Other than the location this hotel is not worth more than a 2 1/2 star rating hotel maybe!
I will make sure to advise our Australian Travel Agent and other multi media sites that this hotel is way below the standard it charges. The rates you charge are “criminal” for what you get in return! In fact we should be receiving a financial “refund” for the “false” representation of this hotel.
