The hotel has certainly seen better times. Some things are not working properly, it is also very dark in the rooms, bathroom and common areas. Staff members are friendly and are trying to help
The hotel is worth its price. Nothing bad. The bed was made every day and everything was washed. Overall I am satisfied
Missing maintenance and not very clean, but near to the beaches and a really good breakfast.
The hotel is located near the beach, and it is very convenient to get in and out of the beach. The only thing is that there are road construction projects outside the hotel ⚠️There are sometimes construction sounds at night. The exterior wall of the hotel is relatively old and the lobby is normal, but the staff were very slow during check-in time. Some foreign tourists quarreled with the manager. It...
The location is central in Tel Aviv Yafo with easy access to the beach, but construction surrounds the hotel due to a new subway being built. Staff are friendly but always busy and inconvenienced as the hotel is packed in the summer. Room was a bit small and not 100% clean (stained towels). Gym is well equipped, but small. Sauna is mainly for guests who book a massage, so not often available for free...

Fantastic. Would stay again. The Vera was excellent with great amenities - a spa, a gym, free wine in the lobby, a gorgeous patio. The location was excellent - walkable to the beach and tons of restaurants.
Beautiful property, great staff , free coffee and wine at all times. My only comment is the room size and bathroom. We were at room 105 ( with the balcony and the bathroom was not comfortable at all .
A truly exceptional stay at The Vera Hotel! Wow, what an unexpectedly delightful experience. Everything exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, warm, attentive, and truly rare to find in the area. The amenities were top-notch. We especially loved the wine dispenser :) such a fun and unique touch that added to the overall experience. Our room was beautifully designed, with a cozy feel...
My home from home in Tel Aviv. The Vera puts a loving eye on details with a deep sense of quality and sustainability. Expect nothing less but true hospitality in a surrounding full of style.
Perfect place to stay while in Tel Aviv. From making massage reservations before we arrived to ensuring a cab was waiting for us to return to the airport - staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We loved the Israeli wines and coffee bar available 24/7, the generous breakfast buffet with extended hours, our lower level room was extremely quiet and had a lovely patio, and most importantly...
Great Tel Aviv boutique hotel Charming, hip, fun atmosphere. Great breakfast and lobby amenities. The rooms are small but lovely. Great location. Staff is excellent and go out of their way to make you comfortable. We really enjoyed it.

The hotel is centrally located with amazing staff and even better food. I highly recommend trying their restaurant, its one of the best in the city. Clean rooms in a quiet street.
We had a great stay. The front desk staff was a real highlight of the trip for us. Consistently very nice and hospitable people no matter which team member we interacted with!
The hotel is in a great location, 15-25 minutes from everything. Yes, it's not a chain hotel, and you can tell in the cleaning quality, which falls a bit short. However, the staff, especially at reception, and the general manager are so attentive to requests that it more than makes up for it. And breakfast, of course, should be available every day, not just two days a week. But on the bright side,...
Great hotel in a great location, staff was very kind. Highly recommended!
My stay was flawless. During my stay I had a flu and the team took a very good care of me but getting me water and tea etc. Kudus to Hezi the manager who went out of his way to ensure that I’d have a pleasant stay regardless of my flu. Highly recommended by all means
Nice hotel but aging. Looks nicer online. A/c not working upon arrival but fixed that day. Staff friendly.

The staff at this Hotel are all amazing. I really appreciated the personal touch and care their staff have for all their guests.
Nice room with very comfortable bed Great bathroom with refreshing Jacuzzi tub and shower. Located near beach, shopping and restaurants.
The rooms are really small, water was leaking from the shower all over the bathroom, there was no hand soap, no parking. The only good thing is the location close to the beach. Still doesn't worth the price.
Great find Clean room, exceptional staff (Natalie was wonderful and Ilan was always responsive to all questions and needs. Half a block from the beach and walking distance to shops. Excellent breakfasts in a bright and welcoming environment. Good air-conditioning ( in Tel Aviv it's a must) and relatively quiet, boutique experience. Recommend it highly.

very old hotel and facilities , terrible old rooms , no balcony ,
The location is very good There is no parking, and the parking close to hotel very expansive (360 for day and a half) The desk and the staff were very friendly and helpful The lift! Oh the lift! Terrible, extremely slow, and on Saturdays there is only 1. The rooms were ok, nothing special, looks a bit old. The pool was okay, bit crowded. To sum it up: I would choose a better place to stay, but...
I want to start by mentioning the staff members who were extremely kind, helpful, smiling to everyone even at a pick time: Dorit and Elit from the front desk, Nadav (security) and Alex the chef. The staff is excellent and the Israeli breakfast in the morning are really good. The building itself is not in great condition. It’s seriously needs renovation. Also, there is a pool there is a spa however the pool closed early we went there and the...
This is hotel for easy goers and flexible people not very demanding. I had great expectations as it belongs to recogmized Leonardo chain but I was wrong. Great hotel close to Azrieli & the train station. Was in Israel for work, and the centrality of Play Midtown made my commute really easy. Staff was nice, and the hotel is surrounded by multiple restaurants and cafes. Also, great location for lots of kosher food options.

What can I say about this wonderful establishment that hasn't been said before? Beautiful property staffed by beautiful people who take great pleasure in welcoming you and bringing light into your day. One of the best stays I've ever had in Tel Aviv
I rarely write reviews, but I’m compelled to share our thoughts on the Norman with potential guests debating a stay. The unequivocal answer is YES. I’ll begin by saying that we’ve stayed at the Kempinski on our last few trips (and even for a few nights on this trip). The Kempinski is nice and new— and on the beach— which has always been important to us. However, after staying at the Norman in a...

We really enjoyed it! Super clean and great location. Value for money is very good
Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach - beautiful beaches stretching as far as the eye can see in both directions. But the room was a bit crappy, and the bed did not smell clean. Luckily I had a light travel sleeping bag with me, to keep me clean in bed.
Too small for an hotel room. Too simple. Very kind and cooperative staff.
We had a small problem finding someone when we were checking in in the night and once we managed to reach the reception it took time to find the room and the key but all the wise the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful the next day extremely kind the rooms are clean and the location is amazing 1 minute from the beach
The hotel was in a great location beach area. The hotel isn’t new but it’s decent and the staff is great. I feel comfortable and safe in this hotel. I will definitely come back again. Everything is at walking distance. However, if you are high maintenance, this hotel isn’t for you. This is a very comfortable and low-key hotel. It really is good.

This is an amazing hotel and a great location. Israel Luxury Tours booked it for us and the check was super smooth and fast. The employees were wonderful and so attentive. This hotel is right across from the beach with an ext view of the sea. The beach has a really nice boardwalk for walking or jogging. Breakfast was so nice and you can not even sample a tenth of the selection . Highly recommended
Breakfast was pretty good but why is dinner double the price and only 1/2 the amount of food selections. Over half the serving areas were closed during dinner. Also breakfast had all kinds of beverages including tea and coffee. Dinner only had water:( The overall hotel shows signs of its age but the remodeled rooms on the 12 floor were nice.
The Breakfast is excellent with a large well prepared selection. Definitely a highlight. The Gym is useless, if wishing to perform resistance training. The Weights for the Smith Machine is a laughing stock and looks as though it's something even people living in Gaza would reject.
