At first no one at the reception and needed to wait.
Also, due to their technical trouble I needed more than 40 minutes for check in.
Arrived at 0:00AM now 0:46, still not been checked in…..

We chose the NYX Hotel for its location and high rating (50 meters from our family event hall with adjacent parking, so we could walk and enjoy the wedding without driving). Yet five minutes before arrival, the hotel canceled our month-old reservation. At 14:45 we were told there were no rooms at NYX, only at another hotel 10 minutes away by car. Though considered “better” by the Fattal group, it was far less convenient. Customer service was rude and dismissive, even shouting when we complained. This disruption forced us to drive to the hall and ask guests not to drink so they could drive back. A terrible experience — unlike anything we’ve faced in Israel or abroad, even during wars or a global pandemic. I will never book this hotel again, won’t recommend it, and will think twice before using the Fattal group after such treatment.

NEVER STAY HERE!!!! The hotel service was atrocious. The air conditioner in my room was broken and the room never got below 25 degrees, but management dragged the feet to deal with the situation over multiple days and then insisted nothing was wrong. They then gave me a fan with an additional thermostat which proved the temperature was 25-27 degrees but they insisted the room was actually 16 degrees and everything was working normally. I brought multiple friends to my room who all agreed it was too hot, but that front desk manager Michal was completely indifferent and refused to even acknowledge there was a problem. She also refused to let me switch rooms because the hotel “was full” even though there were rooms for sale online. Just horrible Customer service. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

This hotel is dishonest. My booking was 463₪, and I had an 82₪ discount through the platform. At check-in, I was charged 353₪, which was correct, but then the hotel took an extra 82₪ from me.

This is nothing but a scam. Guests should not be tricked or double-charged for discounts they already received. It’s unacceptable, unprofessional, and feels like stealing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they fix this behavior.

I was given a room that didn't have any shampoo, soap, or a bath towel. When I called the front desk using the room phone, a robotic voice answered. I then attempted to reach the reception using the phone number provided on the card, but the customer service representative spoke to me rudely and said it would only be a few minutes. I waited for an hour and fifteen minutes. During that time, I called customer service three more times, every 15-20 minutes. Each representative assured me they were sending the missing items, but nothing ever arrived. Eventually, I went to the reception desk, where the staff were surprised and had not been informed about my situation. They provided me with shampoo and soap and promised to send towels later. It took me an hour and a half to take a shower, and this was after making my own trip to the reception.
Unfortunately, the shower was not very clean, and I have attached some pictures for reference.
Never had such an experience. Reception documented the issue 3 days ago and promised to call me back but they haven't called yet!!!

I had a very bad room.
(1) TV didn't work and I had to call them twice.
(2) The Toilet flush was very fragile and it broke the 2nd day I was in room. Maintenace guy came and just put it back and said it will work and they will fix it later on.
(3) Room was near the intersection and was very very noisy. Requested them to change my room, lady at reception was very rude. I won't name her, but she was the only lady at reception during Jul 23-30
