We had a great stay in Umbria. It is a beautiful location with the most perfect hostess. Appartments are nice and cool. A great pool to cool down in summertime. Beautiful location just outside asissi

It's fine for a one-night stay. The room was clean and quiet, the spa worked well, and the sauna and hammam were very hot. The grounds are well-maintained. Breakfast could be improved (they didn't have eggs, and the soy cappuccino was undrinkable). The kitchenettes are uncomfortable. The property feels a bit dated.

My wife and I stayed for a couple, with a room and breakfast, and one hour of exclusive access to the spa (heated whirlpool, Turkish bath, and sauna). The property is a stunning villa nestled in the countryside; we loved it; it was quiet and relaxing. The extremely friendly staff made us feel completely at ease, providing us with all the information we needed. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility

We had the most magical time at this one-of-a-kind agriturismo. Il Poggio degli Olivi is based in a wonderful location. The pool area, views of Assisi and surrounding areas, main reception building and restaurant were all excellent. A beautiful place where you can relax and sit in the sun, far from the noise and crowds.. the food is amazing, and the silence makes everything perfect.

All in all more then worth the money we paid... The place situated among an olive Grove over a huge area of greens and country feeling. The rooms are OK and the service fine. This place truly makes you feel at home, starting with the location—a beautiful country farmhouse with a large garden—and the warm welcome from Maria, who was very chatty and helpful. We left B&B Le Rose this morning. We had a great time, nestled in the countryside at the foot of Spello. The location was lovely, with a generous but well-prepared breakfast, and the cappuccino prepared by Maria was excellent. In the evening, we had dinner in the village, a 5-minute drive away, with free parking.

Everything, the host was just marvelous and the place was really fantastic and secluded.

Room - Very small. Bed was comfortable. TV had a couple English channels. Bathroom - Came with shampoo, soap bars, and shower caps. Lots of lights and plug ins Breakfast - Not a great breakfast. We stayed at 5 hotels this Pilgrimage, this breakfast was the lowest.

This hotel has small rooms and a small bathroom but it really is all you need. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. There are small balconies for fresh air. Food from the restaurant was good and plentiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful B&B, such modern rooms built into an older, lovely building. The owners are terrific and helpful. The breakfast is small, but satisfying. Only negative comment would be the first floor rooms, located right off the small lobby/breakfast area, are quite loud when guests come and go. Request a room on a higher floor.

It's a nice gallery hotel. It's bigger than it looks from the outside. The room arrangements or the building layout is confusing esp for the elderly. We were lucky to have a room that has a balcony that's facing the street. They serve good food! Plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. The Basilica de Santa Maria degli Angeli is a 3- minute walk.

This is a fabulous family run hotel a little way away from Assisi. The restaurant is very good. All the team are wonderful people who go out of their way to help. The hotel is in the main (mostly pedestrian) street of Santa Maria degli Angeli - surrounded by restaurants/bars and a stone’s throw from the Basilica. A great base to visit the region by car, but you can use trains and buses as well.

Property across the road from train station. 50 m to train and bus stop. Room clean. Bathroom clean. Facilities ok. You get what you paid for. Stayed in early December. Heating was turned off at around 9 pm until around 6am. Not a perfect situation. Otherwise happy with stay.
