Hotel Il Porto

After asking for information about the availability of a room a month before and sending a deposit a few days before arrival, the owner spoke of a "ghost" booking. The Hotel is located in a strategic position a stone's throw from the port (an agreement with the Milan lido at about 200 meters) and from the seafront with rides for children, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. We stayed on the top floor, in the attic. Better talk about the room. All to be redone. Positive note the terrace overlooking the sea. As for dinner, we ate very well with linguine and mussels and grilled cuttlefish. We were waiting at least for fruit or dessert or some digestives but no one was seen at our table so much so that, after waiting a bit, we got up to take a walk along the sea. The breakfast was poorly stocked and only sweet things. In fact another couple near our table had asked for something salty and they were brought tomato and mozzarella. Not to mention the drinks that we had to ask three different people to get hot milk, a coffee and a cappuccino. Room staff in jeopardy.
