The hotel located at a very convenient location. Walking distance to supermarket n restaurants.
Spectacular place. Good service. Abundant breakfast.
This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location...
Everything was perfect; I've never experienced such excellence before.
Great location but rooms are not large as expected. Free cans of sparkling water and still water in the fridge was appreciated!
Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.

Beautiful ocean view from the room terrace! The room was spacious and clean. The sound of the waves was relaxing at night. It is walking distance to the marina where we took the ferry going to Amalfi. Very convenient place to stay when visiting Amalfi.
Great Stay at Grand Hotel Salerno I recently stayed at Grand Hotel Salerno and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to highlight the housekeeping team, who were exceptionally polite and attentive — truly outstanding service. Breakfast The breakfast was good and enjoyable, but it could have been a bit more varied and refined, especially...
A convenient hotel booked before catching the ferry to Amalfi the following morning. Somewhat dated, but clean and tidy.
We came here especially for the spa/pool that is advertised on several booking sites, but there is no such a thing. The rooms are spacious, if a little outdated. The area is also quite run-down: to get to the bus stop, you need to pass by skaters that seem to be drugged, cross a road on a crosswalk that is ignored by the motorists, and go through a long dark tunnel under the railroad and then up a...
It's a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is quite big, the balcony has a sea view, and it's also close to the city. The breakfast is OK. For Italy, this hotel has a very good environment.
Very nice location. Staff beyond helpful. Rooms very clean, just needs little updating.

Great place, rooms are aged but massive by any standards.
Overall ok. Just empty when we were there Overall the hotel was fine. It was weird ti see such a big hotel but very few people around. I think during our stay (one day) we saw only one other customer. The garage and the outside of the hotel could be better kept. The garage in particular needs to be cleaned up
Rooms were great, property is in a strange location and very empty. Good value for a good night sleep before a flight. Nice bathroom and good beds.
The place was really nice . The rooms were always clean and the stuff is super friendly. 10/10
Nice accomodation and incredibly nice staff. Clean and quiet.
It's an ok hotel with quick access to both Pompeii and the Costa Amalfi. No thrills (even the pool is closed till July) but if you are looking for a bed that will get you up an going to the attractions in the area, this one is ok. Staff is very helpful, I would rate it as a 3 star rather than 4. Location makes a car critical and the complementary parking under the hotel makes this easier.

Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st. Class. Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel. It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations.
Beautiful common areas. We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for anyone to choose. The rooms are a little on the smaller size, but with a beautiful view if you are on the ocean side. The beds were ok, you can feel the age in the mattress, hence a little uncomfortable. Perfect location for a hotel, short walk to the center when needed. Everyone...
We stayed for the 2nd time at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. We were so excited to come back to this beautiful hotel. I will say you really have to be selective of the room type you choose. Our first visit we had an oceanfront room. This time we did not upgrade and chose a garden view room. Definitely a mistake. We were initially assigned a room literally in the basement. After complaining we were assigned...
🌿 A Slice of Paradise at Hilton Sorrento Palace From the moment we arrived, the Hilton Sorrento Palace felt like a serene escape. The lush gardens surrounding the hotel are absolutely stunning—perfect for a morning stroll or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. We loved the variety of activities available, especially pedal tennis and yoga sessions that added a refreshing touch to our stay. ...
Great hotel. Very well run. Super efficient, clean and professional. Excellent breakfast and fantastic waiters in the bar. It’s a 12 min walk to the centre of Sorrento so it’s away from the intensity of the town but close enough to be easily accessible. Lovely pool, lots of loungers and a generally calm and upmarket ambiance. The manager does a fabulous job of setting high standards across the board...
The room was a decent size and modern. The rooftop garden was great for watching the sunset. The volcano was visible from every room. The hotel is well-equipped and within walking distance of the city center.

A week spent in this hotel, relaxing and with every comfort. The food, good and varied, satisfied my dietary needs with the use of local products and traditional Campania dishes. The cleanliness was also satisfactory. The entertainment was...
Beautiful, clean, elegant, and refined hotel. Excellent food, efficient service. Ideal for any type of relaxing vacation. Ideal for families and young people.
This is my first time staying here and in this part of Cilento. The tranquility is paramount, and the property is worth a visit for its helpfulness and courtesy. The service is excellent, both in terms of cleanliness and other needs. The rooms are a bit small, and the space needs to be improved. The pool is nice and comfortable. The canteen is top-notch, from breakfast to dinner. Very friendly staff
The rooms are tiny: they'd be for two people, but they accommodated four of us by putting a bunk bed at the foot of the bed. Interesting location: a 5-minute drive from the center of Casal Velino and 15 from Ascea; but, above all, 150 meters from the hotel beach, where, however, the umbrellas are a bit too close together. Food!? It's served, albeit buffet-style. Always a couple of first courses, at...

The service was great and the rooms were too! However, I checked out and realized I lost something very important to me so I arrived about 2 hours later also calling them in advance and they said they couldn't find it, I don't think they looked hard enough... But they also had good free breakfast
Old school hotel with classical decor and easy outdoor parking. Very spacious rooms with balconies. Mine facing out was very quiet. Surprisingly large spread for breakfast with very good breads and full pastries, pancake machines, ham/bacon/eggs. Deducting a point for rooms cos mattresses were very hard and towels and sheets smelled overpoweringly of strong detergent/bleach that it was unpleasant....
Loved the opulent beauty of this hotel. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Had a cancelled flight and the airlines put me there for the 2nd night of the delay. Wish I'd been there for both nights. The Royal Palace only 2 miles from the hotel if you have time. Lovely spa in the hotel and relaxing atrium. The pool was officially closed (season end) but the pool area was nice. Great place for a conference
Some rooms are old fashioned, one we were given had a shower that was very old and didn't work. Asked to change room at the reception and was offered a more modern comfortable room with no fuss. All staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming. Location isn't the best, far from Naples and not much to do in Caserta. Hotel on a big free way. However there are a couple of great restaurants around....
Elegant, very quiet hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast.
It took them 5 hours to put towels that were missing for the second person (they had only put towels for 1 person), even though we complained twice... The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway entrance on the second floor, making getting around super easy. The hotel overall was decent. It has two entrances: one underground, which leads to the lobby and is surrounded by a slum area, and another at ground level, which opens up to the financial district.
The hotel's location is great, very close to the newly opened subway station. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. It felt a little dated, but overall, it was still fantastic.
It was a good hotel but a bit far from the center. Room was tidy but we found a small cockroach on our 2nd night but the crew cleaned up when we requested. Bottled water are provided daily. Enjoyed our stay!

Stunning views and a perfect stay! 🏨 I spent a week here and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with spacious rooms, and the view of Castel Nuovo is simply fantastic. The location is unbeatable for anyone who wants to explore the city on foot, and the varied breakfast along with the friendly staff made the stay even better. Highly recommended! ✨
I booked the XL room announced with 30m what was really not the room number 2832 size assigned.
Amazing hotel with outstanding service. Everything was delicious, and the breakfasts were absolutely incredible. In the morning, one of the girls made us an espresso with chocolate, it was so good and such a lovely touch. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I’m truly happy I had the chance to stay at this hotel.
It's probably the tallest building in Naples, so the views from the windows are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the downsides are also obvious: the room is too small; it was difficult to open even two 24-inch suitcases.
Breakfast was terrible, nothing to eat, I had to eat outside. The elevator was shaking. The facilities were rudimentary and not worth the money of more than 200 euros a night.
Very nice stay at the hotel. Very good city views from the room and perfect location to walk around the area. Excellent service from all the personnel, especially from Rosamaria. She was delightful, super kind, and always sharing her smile! During the breakfast she was very attentive and helpful, she even offered me a delicious coffee. I would definitely come back soon!

This was a very nice hotel, we stayed for 4 nights in Amalfi. It's charming and older architecture/features - but that is how all hotels are in the area, you wont be getting a modern hotel. We were on the renovated floor which was beautiful! The staff was excellent as was the food. We loved the private beach and beach service.
The hotel had an amazing view . The pool closed earlier than what was advertised which was disappointing . The breakfast was amazing , the bar staff was exceptional . The room was spacious . The shuttle was easy to book and needed to get to town .
Very scenic on top of the hill. They provide transportation to the city center. If you’re looking for a more quiet and higher view of Amalfi I suggest this property.
The hotel is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the service is fine (some Italians are not very friendly). The room is nice, but the bed is quite uncomfortable. I had back pain every day, as well as a sore neck. The hotel is a bit far from the city downtown, but they have a free shuttle service.

First of all the location is not good but you know that before you go there. As for the facilities the rooms were big and clean and ours was renovated. A hotel in which the exterior prevails over the interior. It creates a feeling of old-fashionedness and is ideal for those who like to feel nostalgic about bygone times:) The surrounding area and the garden are beautiful, the grounds are well-groomed. Stayed here for five nights. the staff at the front desk are friendly and polite. Unfortunately, our shower was blocked and the tap was broken, so we could not turn the tap off, which flooded the entire bathroom. Maintenance was not able to fix it until the following afternoon, and there was no room to move to either. Housekeeping was really helpful. once the shower was fixed, all was fine.L Breakfast...
I have the best experience! In my opinion this hotel deserves 5 stars! Food , people and service very elegant !Very nice people and excellent service ! Right now I’m here but I’m thinking to come and recommend my friends in US ! Last night I hurt my feet in Capri , and i can’t walk ok so the driver put for me some steps to get easy at the van so I don’t know his name but he is so awesome! I’m enjoying...
The best staff, best thermal water, best service (van service to the city center and beaches), and a good location near the center.
The hotel itself looks beautiful from the outside. It mainly caters to older Italian spa guests. The staff was friendly but upon checkin I was only addressed in Italian and also received a briefing together with other guests in Italian. This worked for me but I witnessed other foreigners struggling with the lack of foreign languages being actively used. The towel for the pool had to be paid for (€...

My first experience at the Hotel San Valentino Terme. I stayed with my mother for two weeks, and we took the opportunity to have spa treatments. The hotel is family-run, and this is immediately evident thanks to the strong personal character of the structure. The interior spaces are very well looked after and also reserve some surprises that I will leave to those who have never been there to discover...

The main reason we chose this hotel for our October–November 2025 vacation was the stunning photos of their beach club. I had always imagined swimming with the dramatic, carved-out Amalfi mountain rock rising behind me, framed by the glittering sea and sky—and the experience was even more breathtaking in person. The pool is so beautifully sculpted into the cliffside that I just had to take drone photos...
Hands down the best hotel I have ever been to in my life. Unbelievable service and kind staff.
The best stay I have ever experienced. We kicked off our honeymoon, a tour of the Amalfi coast. We arrived around midnight after a long drive from Rome. Hotel staff had reserved us a parking space and asked ahead of time if we would like a cold supper put aside after our long journey. The welcome in reception was warm, nothing was too much trouble and we even got champagne and a congratulations cake...
Miramalfi hotel, Amalfi. What an amazing location and hotel! Everything from the beautiful rooms to the exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. The entire team — from concierge and reception to the bar, room service, and restaurant — were outstanding. Always smiling and eager to help, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The shuttle service was so convenient and always on time...
10 stars. A well-rounded team effort went into providing a world class experience for my mother's 60th birthday. Frankly, there is so much risk involved with milestone celebrations and I am so grateful that the entire hotel staff took care of business. They were professional before and after our one-night stay (only one night, but memories of a lifetime). I would like to commend Concierge Rosita...
The service was outstanding and what makes this hotel worth the price. Stunning views and beautiful rooms aside, the warm welcome and attention to every detail of Rosita and staff make this the among the best stays on the Amalfi coast.
