Really nice hotel in mid neighborhood. Really close to the train station. The staff were really nice and check in/out was easy and quick. We stayed here for new years eve and could hardly hear anything going on outside.

Rooms were very clean and breakfast choices were fabulous.

The hotel is very convenient to reach, few minutes from the Napoli Central Train station. The 2 Metro lines are also very close so exploring the city becomes that much easier. The rooms were clean with adequate space. The breakfast had good options. The check in and check out process was very smooth and quick.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sounds of trains in and out of the station with windows open but we'll blocked with double panes when windows closed. Are is a bit gritty but great spot for convenient long distance and local transportation.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the train station, making it convenient to visit nearby cities like Pompeii, Sorrento, and Rome. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is highly recommended.

We’ve stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was definitely the best and better equipped than other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip. Plenty of hanging,shelves etc. staff were very friendly, the buffet style breakfast wasn’t for us, a bit hectic but the the area was kept really clean and items topped up. The air con was pretty noisy which was our only issue but overall excellent

This hotel is in the perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the central train station. It is clean, has very good air conditioning, breakfast is good although some of it is served by staff. All in all, a very good place to stay, I highly recommend it.

This is an older hotel that looks and feels run down. It is best used for those who need to be near the train station. The receptionist over charged me for city tax for a  5 star hotel.  This is at best 3 stars and at the lower end of those. I expected more after having read the reviews. It was disappointing.

I set my father -in -law and his wife up at this resort for 4 nights and they had the absolute best time. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the thermals are amazing. They had the best time and look forward to returning soon.

Great hotel, the staff was lovely and made the experience way better. Especially the waiters and the cleaning lady. There are 2 thermal pools and 1 normal one for swimming. On thursday there was an awesome “party night”, which was quite funny, since most of the people here at this time of the year were quite old.

The four of us found this hotel comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Good location for visiting with family in Battipaglia. Fee parking under the hotel. I booked this hotel without looking into it much. From the moment we walked through the doors I know we had found a special little hotel. The staff were so welcoming and genuinely warm. The hotel is a little out of the way on the island. You can get there with line 5 in about 40 minutes but the wait can be very long and exhausting; one day I waited an hour. It's super cute to stay in but there's not much around the area to see, its in the middle of no where and transportation is hard if you dont have a car (tourist). Some of the staff were very unhelpful and not attentive to us while we were there. However the rooms were clean, the balcony and views were nice!

La tripergola was the best hotel we stayed in the whole Italy. If you go by car or taxi is easy to get there, if you by train or bus is a little more tricky but still worth it if you have time. The hotel was very good and clean. But the surroundings were not so clean, there was rubbish and garbage everywhere on the street. And it was very far from the center.
