We stayed here for five nights. It's a decent hotel with a good restaurant. Prices are reasonable given the standard of the food and service is good. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. The styling is purposely retro with lots of ceramic features (even in the lift). The bathroom gets well-stocked every day and cleaning is immaculate. Our only gripes were that the bedrooms are on the small side...

Lovely snall hotel. Very traditional decor. Service all good. Bar closes around 11pm so no good if you want a late drink. Staff all very efficient and friendly in the restuarant. A beautiful hotel. Situated just off of the front. The staff are amazing, as is the food. The breakfast was good, but the evening meals are fantastic. There's a sun terrace on the roof, where you can get snacks and drinks. Also if you ask at reception, they will loan you a towel to take out to the beach. Coupled with the Minori resort and it all adds up to a really relaxing break.

This hotel is in the perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the central train station. It is clean, has very good air conditioning, breakfast is good although some of it is served by staff. All in all, a very good place to stay, I highly recommend it.

This is an older hotel that looks and feels run down. It is best used for those who need to be near the train station. The receptionist over charged me for city tax for a  5 star hotel.  This is at best 3 stars and at the lower end of those. I expected more after having read the reviews. It was disappointing.

Really nice hotel in mid neighborhood. Really close to the train station. The staff were really nice and check in/out was easy and quick. We stayed here for new years eve and could hardly hear anything going on outside.

The hotel is very convenient to reach, few minutes from the Napoli Central Train station. The 2 Metro lines are also very close so exploring the city becomes that much easier. We’ve stayed at Ibis hotels before but this was definitely the best and better equipped than other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip. Plenty of hanging,shelves etc. staff were very friendly, the buffet style breakfast wasn’t for us, a bit hectic but the the area was kept really clean and items topped up. Great hotel, the staff was lovely and made the experience way better. Especially the waiters and the cleaning lady. There are 2 thermal pools and 1 normal one for swimming. On thursday there was an awesome “party night”, which was quite funny, since most of the people here at this time of the year were quite old.

Our room was a lovely size, very light, nice size balcony. Clean there was meant to be 2 single beds, fortunately it was a bed they could seperate, as only slight mistake! Huge thanks to the hotel! I accidentally left my phone in the room and had already checked out and left my luggage with them before heading to Sorrento. Once I got to Sorrento, I realized I had left my other phone behind too. I called the hotel, and they kindly kept both phones safe with my luggage. I returned 5 days later to pick up everything. Very welcoming staff, helpful with introducing upon arrival and storing luggage when checking out. Location is good in general but unfortunately now the coastal way is under maintenance/construction so sea view is obstructed when you walk along. Also a bit disconnected if you take public transport.
