This was such good value for money. The hotel was clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. We were travelling with a 2 year old and the outside space with play house and slide was perfect. We would love to visit again in the future.

Our stay here was excellent right from check in. The staff were friendly and showed us to a lovely room. Clean, tidy and very nice bathroom and shower. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of cereals, fruit, ham, croissants etc. and they make you a fresh drink from coffee to hot chocolate while you eat. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Great short stay hotel for Pompeii archaeological. Excellent location for the town centre, station and Pompeii archaeological site. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Highly recommended We arrived in Pompei late at night and it was good that this hotel is only 2 minute walk from Pompei train station. It's only a10 minute walk to the southeast Pompeii entrance. Our room looks newly renovated with high ceiling. Rooms looks better in person than the photos. They even helped me book a private shuttle to Positano.

Both the shower and TV were very small, room was very clean and made up with fresh towels every day.

When we booked this hotel, we requested to check in a little earlier and they responded very quickly. On arrival the rooms weren't quite ready but they secured our bags while we went for lunch. B&B Hotel Napoli is very close to Napoli Centrale. The room is clean and spacious.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and closed to the main station. The room was fair and quite clean, can’t complain for a quick stay of a night or two. But it’s pretty small without any facilities and amenities, there are no teethbrush, toothpaste, fridge, flip flops, bottle water, kettle, tissues. Not convenient for tourists and not up to the standard of a normal hotel in Asia lol

Simple and basic B&B. No dental kit provided, can be purchased from the front desk. The location is okay, did not feel unsafe. Police and military presence even at 11pm+.

This location is a big fat NO. I felt safe inside the hotel and the service was so lovely. However, take a step outside the hotel and it’s the unsafest I’ve felt my entire trip. I’m sorry to put this in the hotel review. However, I MUST warn other solo female travellers. Stay safe!

Hotel room is big and clean. I like the accessibility of the location. Close to train stations, bus terminal and many choices of food to choose from. Take note the toiletries are not provided. However it can be purchased from the concierge. Francesco the reception is very helpful. Good recommendation of places to go for my first day in Naples!

The hotel is close to the train station, about 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel room is quite large. There is only one quilt cover on the bed, and the quilt is in the cupboard. You can put it on yourself when you need it. The water at the door is basically empty in the afternoon when you return to the hotel for a few days, and the replenishment is not timely enough.

I would highly recommend the Ibis at Napoli Garibaldi. Well-located, safe area near the train station with access to a shopping plaza. The hotel had everything I needed. It was modern, clean and so easy to stay in. I felt right at home even though I was travelling alone. The staff were personable and helpful.

Perfect central location, great team members from reception, breakfast and housekeeping, bedroom was very spacious with a balcony. Watch out for the hotel policy to take first nights payment if you selected to pay the higher premium to pay on arrival - took 6 days to refund this amount.

The room was large and the balcony was appreciated. The view was mediocre. Breakfast was less than mediocre. One advantage was that it is very close, and an easy walk, to the central station area where a huge number of tours have their pick up point. Area around the hotel looks dodgy but there is a fabulous restaurant one street back behind the hotel.

Beautiful location and amazing views. Plenty of great open spaces to relax. The process are great but the rooms are minimal. Staff is nice, small, limited bar in the lobby. All eating is downtown with the exception of a basic breakfast. WiFi is horrible but if you are in the lobby it is okay, everywhere else is basically non existent.

I didn't like the hotel. Wifi in my room did not work, the lighting in the room was very dim, checking out was inconvenient at 10:00 am, the elevator was very slow, the pressure in the shower was weak. I will point out one plus - the room was large. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Best pool and sea swimming ever.

Magnificent place to stay on Ischia. We had a great time on the island thanks to the kind, competent and motivated staff who took their time to point out the best places to visit (really felt like having a concierge). Tasty local dishes and a round up breakfast buffet combined with a private hotel sea area - we really enjoyed this place a lot.

The pool facilities are simply stunning, but the basic rooms leave a lot to be desired. See picture of door that must have been punched by a previous guest. The walls are paper thin, and the mattress was poor. But the water is hot, great pressure and the air con works really well. We were on honeymoon, when we mentioned it, instead of offering us even a cocktail as a congratulations, they tried...

There is a lot pluses and minuses in this Hotel. The owner lost our payment (we payed 1 month before our staying) and we had to call to our bank to send us notice that we really payed, they just didn't believed us. I find this very unprofessional. Lovely and quiet room at the back. Relaxed atmosphere. Shuttle service from the hotel into Sorrento and back that is free, or can use the local bus as stop is right outside.

For a three star hotel this place is very good. Rooms are clean and very spacious, however the TV is quite small. The breakfast is adequate; pastries, cereal, quish and others. The hotel is only 10mins by bus from the city centre and there is a free shuttle bus also provided, sometimes you may have to wait a while for a bus.

Overall, we had a positive stay at this hotel in Sorrento. The location is perfect — right at the end of a lively high street with fantastic restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and only 15 minutes down to the ferry port and beaches (though be prepared for some steps). This is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip to Italy, with friendly staff, beautiful restaurants and swimming pools. It is so beautiful to bask in the sun on a lounge chair and look at the coastline in the distance. Sorrento is very romantic and beautiful both during the day and at night. The nearby Amalfi Coast and Capri Island are like a dream. I hope to come here for vacation again next time

The location and the view are excellent. We were pleased to be able to use the outdoor swimming pool even in April. The highlight was the made-to-order breakfast prepared on the spot by the chef, and all the staff were extremely friendly. Rented 2 umbrellas, everything ok the price is right. The restaurant has been raising its prices and decreasing its quantities for some years now and that's okay (pandemic adjustment and Ukraine war). But the fact of not putting the pos for card payments in the dining room where they only accept cash is absurd! To pay by pos you have to go upstairs in the hall does not make me give more stars ...

Beautiful hotel and restaurant!!! Very clean and polite staff. Has a small garden with playground for kids. A step from the private beach structure in Acciaroli. Very fresh pizza with very fragrant, fresh tomato sauce and obviously Cilento's famous mozzarella- delicious! Our stay at Hotel II Faro in April of 2017 is our most memorable time on our 3 weeks in Italy. All the hotels were closed as it was off season. However the Faro put us in a cabana that is perfect whether you are there for a night or a month. There is a sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, nice bathroom and the bedroom opens on to a balcony that over looks the sea. So peaceful!...

Excellent location for a hotel in Amalfi town. The beach is just a 3 minute walk from the hotel and there are many great restaurant s within walking distance. The ferry and bus terminal are also within walking distance. Nice hotel of middle category situated cca 20 min of walk from Forio centre. Friendly stuff, simple air conditioned rooms with balcony, indoor thermal pool. They are very flexible with food - with Half board we could everyday choose if we come for lunch or for dinner. Very close to sea, but majority of beach is with paid umbrellas/sunbeds (only cca 30m of beach is public).

Little things didn't work in the room - shower had low pressure, toilet didn't flush properly, a/c was not too cold but the staff was very nice and always helpful, treating guests like a family.
