Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.

The service was great and responsible.  The food, however, despite its variety, is low quality.  The curtain does not work well.

It was a pleasant surprise to stay in a room that was one the original ‘museum rooms’. The furniture and the flooring were well preserved in the style of 1952- which we loved . It's a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is quite big, the balcony has a sea view, and it's also close to the city. The breakfast is OK. For Italy, this hotel has a very good environment.

Staff were nice. However, the hotel promotes having wifi to all rooms. This is not correct, and when I asked about the problem I was experiencing, I was advised that there would not be anything done to make it available. Clearly, they are aware of the problem. Many others in my tour group experienced the same problem.

Opposite the sea, close to the train station. Recommended hotel. The downside is that there are tour groups every day and there are many people. Overall it is a good hotel and the price is also acceptable.

It's an ok hotel with quick access to both Pompeii and the Costa Amalfi. No thrills (even the pool is closed till July) but if you are looking for a bed that will get you up an going to the attractions in the area, this one is ok. Staff is very helpful, I would rate it as a 3 star rather than 4. Location makes a car critical and the complementary parking under the hotel makes this easier.

The room is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich in variety

Very nice establishment, enjoyed my stay there. All was well but some one must fix the dripping roof. Restaurant menu is limited.Also limited was the personnel of the restaurant as they claimed that they could not copy with conference commitments and the occasional dining guest. As a result we had to go elsewhere for a dinner even though the restaurant was empty. Sad!

I really appreciate the service of this hotel. I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. Although some staff had difficulty communicating with them, we were able to get our things back in the end. At the same time, TRIP.COM customer service also helped us in this matter. Nice stay at the end of main vacation time in Italy. The room was big and clean. Due to the end of main vacation time in Italy there only was10 guests inside the big hotel. But nothing was missed an breakfast was great.

Not the right time of the year to be here. AC not working, for which I got a free upgrade. Funny enough in the executive room (which perhaps has not been used for ages) the switch bath/shower was broken. Two half full bottles of water in the fridge. Swimming pool with works in progress. Excellent resort with a fantastic swimming pool, large rooms and very attentive staff. A minor letdown is the restaurant (good quality but very limited choice) however there's plenty to choose from within the 1km range. Definitely recommended.

This hotel resort is a fantastic place to relax and recharge. It's very kid-friendly, and the staff are both amazing and friendly, paying great attention to detail. They did a wonderful job celebrating my friend's birthday. Most importantly, the food is incredible. They also have a great selection of wines, and the sommelier is very knowledgeable. Great hotel only 40 mins from Naples, well connected with Pompei and Ercolano or Monte Faito great for hiking activities in summer or winter. Great SPA (a new one is coming by end of 2024) and food experience mixed with the typical products of the area. It's definetly my place to go when I want to relax, enjoy the nature and have great food.

We stayed here as a one night stopover, arrived late. Room was perfectly okay, but curtains were fine and see through, as soon as the sun came up I was awake, around 5am, not good. Breakfast was good. Stunning views.

The grand hotel Vanvitelli is located a few minutes from the Rome-Naples motorway exit but is located in a peripheral area with no services. The hotel offers a large free car park for guests and has a swimming pool and spa but I have not used these facilities so I cannot rate them. The hotel is in a good location and the main attractions are basically within walking distance. The breakfast is average and there are not many varieties. But overall it is satisfactory and recommended to stay

The room is large and well-equipped. The separate shower and bathtub design is great. The central air conditioning also works properly. There are four elevators operating at the same time. Although it shakes a little, it's not a big problem.

Someone please find a way to offer 10 stars!!! Had a nightmare flight arrive 4 hours late and couldn't get into our rental. At 3am their staff answered the phone and took fantastic care of us. We stayed on Sept 8-10th, 2022. Our room had a king bed with clean sheets and bathroom. Lobby was spacious and service was great. I can’t complain about the cleanliness and facility. The location is central, and it’s next to a subway. If you are staying here, please check out the rooftop at the sunrise where they serve breakfast.
