Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st. Class. Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel. It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations.

It's an ok hotel with quick access to both Pompeii and the Costa Amalfi. No thrills (even the pool is closed till July) but if you are looking for a bed that will get you up an going to the attractions in the area, this one is ok. We paid handsomely for a sea view and got it. The view was magnificent the room was kept clean, although room amenities like soap and bottled water were sparingly dispensed. We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement.

There is a handsome man at the front desk who speaks Chinese. He is very warm and sincere. He speaks Chinese fluently and adds a lot to this hotel. The breakfast restaurant has a nice environment and you can dine on the terrace. The food is also very good.

I booked the XL room announced with 30m what was really not the room number 2832 size assigned.

It's probably the tallest building in Naples, so the views from the windows are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the downsides are also obvious: the room is too small; it was difficult to open even two 24-inch suitcases.

Breakfast was terrible, nothing to eat, I had to eat outside. The elevator was shaking. The facilities were rudimentary and not worth the money of more than 200 euros a night.
