Such a beautiful property! We’ve stayed at several 5 star resorts along the coast and this was our favorite even though it only has 4 stars— I assume this is because it didn’t have a gym and true spa (only ocean side massages). However the views, decor and beach club more than make up for that.

Great hotel BUT poor to No wifi at our rooms and AC turns off after an hour when it detects no movement. Could not sleep well for two nights and problem was not fixed. next time will try the Romeo

Just for one night before our cruise we needed a comfy hotel, near the port. The staff is kind, helpful, the rooms are clean, quiet, and the bed is comfortable. The area is wonderful. As for being a 5-star hotel. The rating is less than I would expect from a 5-star. The bathrooms were less than adequate. When the three of us arrived, we carried our own bags into the hotel and to our rooms. The pool costs to use, and the towels are an additional cost. The bar and the bar staff were amazing.

Everybody is very friendly, breakfast is fantastic. Parking is a huge plus. I’m a tall guy therefore quite heavy, that was the most comfortable bed in any hotel that I had a pleasure to sleep. We had an anniversary, and we have received complementary champagne. Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful and kept exceptionally clean by the cleaning staff who work tirelessly to keep it that way. BE AWARE!! Fantastic, wonderful location. Awesome staff, delicious food!. The rooms are really ugly, outdated, and sort of gross. Furniture is extremely dated, old and brown. Nightstand wobbles. All In all I enjoyed my experience in this wonderful hotel. Amazing staff, good food and breath taking views. Will come back again definitely. Thank you all for your attentiveness and hospitality. Rooms could be upgraded to look better and the menue could be slightly different.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. We loved the variety of restaurant options and the view at breakfast looking over the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius was stunning! We found it easy to get into Sorrento via train (a 10 minute walk, followed by a 10 minute journey) and we would not hesitate to come again. A true 5 star experience!
