Nice hotel, we stayed here for 4 nights and had no complaints. All the staff was friendly and helpful especially the pool attendant, who both AM and PM came around to make sure everyone was happy. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the small village which is one of the nicest villages I have ever visited.

For a relatively new hotel - why would the owners think that their guests would want to wake up to the sight of the **** of a monster cruise ship being right in their faces! We were only able to stay two nights, but would have enjoyed staying more. The property is in a wonderful location just off the town Square and the staff are fantastic. The area is wonderful. As for being a 5-star hotel. The rating is less than I would expect from a 5-star. The bathrooms were less than adequate. When the three of us arrived, we carried our own bags into the hotel and to our rooms. The pool costs to use, and the towels are an additional cost. The bar and the bar staff were amazing.

Location is just outside sorrento, but the hotel have a shuttle bus which takes you into sorrento and returns back, beautiful hotel. Great property, the staff is amazing. The amenities with a bar a restaurant and Hot Springs at their sister hotel. This is all within walking distance. It’s like being in a little movie set.

Amazing place to stay that is walking distance to loads of great spots. Breakfast is superb & staff are very helpful and attentive. The view from the beach with a limoncello spritz is amazing.

A classic-style hotel with many advantages. Preserved traditions, interior, maybe in the future it will wait for some renovation. Everything is very clean, tidy. We were there in May, there was a lack of good weather, so we did not use the private beach, which was well-maintained and waiting for us.
