This hotel was easily the best hotel out of our entire Italy trip. Camilla went above and beyond. We got to stay in the Royal Suite and it did not disappoint - the balcony is HUGE

What a great dining experience this was on the outside Terrace overlooking the bay of Naples. The food, although very pricy, is worth every penny

Nothing but good things to say about the pool, beach, and thermal spas, as well as the deep tissue massage offered. We had a beach front room and watched the sunset every night and it was a dream

The hotel is pretty nice, the food is very good. Being an island in the Mediterranean sea I was expecting a little better looking beach. The crowd end of June, beginning of July was mostly older folks

Wonderful place, the hotel rooms are mixed with gardens which makes the stay very relaxing! Everyone was kind and helpful, breakfast mostly sweets, definitely take half board, the dinners were extraordinary! Forio is 30mins walk

The Tritone hotel offers a fantastic holiday experience

Situated over the sea, the private beach, the pools and common areas with magnificent views and the fantastic garden that surrounds the entire complex are exceptional

The laundry took 2 days and almost a third day as we got it back late the second day (and we had to pack that night), they said no mention of the extra $35 euro fee (for around 4 tee shirts, 1 pants, 1 shorts, and some underwear and socks) and than when we received our clothes back my shorts were an entire different color, we both hate complaining and dreaded doing so and when we went to inform them...

The service was impeccable! Big shout out to staff member Ermina for always recommending the best restaurants and in general being so sweet and accommodating to make our visit so special and memorable! Will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent 5* hotel, we will definitely be coming back. We had such a lovely holiday and all of the staff are lovely, they made our wedding anniversary so special. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more - it is a hidden gem.

Hotel Grand Royal in Sorrento! This hotel is outstanding!! Beautiful property. Has lounge chairs and service at water area with lift to get there. Comfortable bed, steps to the Piazza Tasso

All are very good, rich breakfast, comfortable room There are many seats in the garden, and there is also an elevator to go down to the private beach under the cliff, with a panoramic view of the Bay of Naples

The onsite restaurant offers delicious and elegant meals, one of our favorite dishes was the tagliolini with pawns and brown butter sauce. The hotel staff were nice and attentive

Grand Hotel Royal exceeded our expectations. Even before we arrived, the level of customer care and was exceptional. They gave us a gift and handwritten note for our anniversary which was a thoughtful touch

This Hotel has some lovely features, we stayed for 11 nights. Most of the staff were lovely , very courteous. The drinks and restaurants very overpriced, the food was ok but not the best especially for vegetarians

We weren’t sure whether we could pop in for a drink as non-residents but were warmly greeted by both the doorman and receptionist and escorted up in the funicular lift

We were shown around and offered a choice of seating areas; the service was excellent and prices very reasonable

We were staying at a hotel nearby and at night the Botanico San Lazzaro lit up was the view from our balcony

Overall we had a lovely stay but ate elsewhere most evenings as there are some lovely restaurants in Māori which we found with the help of trip advisor. We wouldn’t return to this hotel but definitely to the area

An exceptional weekend in perhaps one of the best buildings in Campania at an affordable price, all rooms have enviable sea views, beach for exclusive use - more unique than rare service, but icing is definitely a really well equipped spa

The view and the location at this secluded beach is phantastic, though. Breakfast was good, the room in which it was served wasn't exactly cozy, though. Altogether - Castellabate is a prime destination!

Amazing thalassotherapy spa! Beautiful and with excellent service. A very interesting salt sea room for breathing and skin. Lots of conditions and procedures, it deserves more than a weekend as a couple.

I had great time in the spa: It was nice, and relaxing. There are several saunas at different temperature and humidity, pools of sea water, a nice relax area and so on. A very refreshing experience!!!

Great location and clean spacious rooms! I would also like to mention the buffet breakfast: there is a large selection and there is plant-based milk. The spa area is very clean and varied

We stayed with our children for one week and this trip had been absolutely unforgettable! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! I can’t say enough about them… They really go above and beyond and helped us make our first family trip to Italy one to never forget

The views are spectacular and the room size was comfortable for a family of 4. Our children enjoyed swimming in the heated pool

The town is small but everyone speaks English (or tried to help us if they didn’t!) and is close to the train station for day trips to t”Sorrento, Pompeii, etc

We did not stay at the hotel but we ate dinner in their dining room. It was a fabulous experience especially because of our gentleman server. He was so excited and passionate about everything on the menu that we were too

We had a rental car and the staff parked it securely in the gated parking area. We had access to the car anytime we wanted. The beach club down the bottom of the pier is as so good too

We had a room overlooking the water and a private patio which was beautiful! We cross the street to the sister hotel and took a dip in the thermal bath. The water was very nice but not as hot as I was expecting

Had a massage in a spa which was fine. Breakfast buffet both mornings was wonderful! Huge spread of foods from savory to sweet, fresh juices, prosecco, coffee to order

They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone. Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind

We stayed here for the last week of August. It is a beautiful building in an excellent location. It's a two minute walk to the train station, ten minutes to the beach and about five minutes to the main town

It overlooks the sea and mount Vesuvius in the distance. The jacuzzi is available to book for free for 40 minutes at a time but we didn't end up using it as we prefer the beach

The sandy beach was gorgeous with lots of loungers which we took advantage of most days. There's also some reasonably priced bars and cafes close by to keep you hydrated and some clean toilets

The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, it was a buffet which didn't change but had decent options and lots of nice coffee and juice available. We would definitely stay here again

It's in a nice place on the first line to the beach. Very clean rooms. Shower was not up to par in our room. Also they want you to pay for using the fridge in the room. They have a really nice garden with a pool.

We stayed at Grand Hotel Riviera in Sorrento for five nights during our honeymoon in mid-June, and it was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the service was some of the best we've ever experienced

The private beach club is another standout feature that makes this hotel special. The service was great, and we enjoyed many spritzes and a few club sandwiches while relaxing during our days there

We had such a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Riviera in Sorrento! It was our first time in Sorrento and I was overwhelmed with options on accommodations, but I’m so happy that I went with this hotel! They welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco and chocolate cake. Francesco & Gianni at the concierge desk were both incredible

They suggested us things to do around the town and helped us book everything. The room was super comfortable with amazing room service. It had a jacuzzi in it which was fun. Best hotel we have ever stayed at hands down

We asked about laundry services and they apologized that they didn’t have in house services but two minutes up the street was a place that for 25 euro washed you laundry and returned it to your room

My wife and I came here for our honey moon and the entire experience was fantastic. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. What made them a cut above the rest was their customer service

They have a WhatsApp channel and you can ask them anything and they will respond. For example, we asked for a garage in Positano and they immediately recommended a place

All I can say is WOW!! The hotel is so beautiful, tge lobbies, sitting areas in and outside, the pool, the restaurants! The gardens are beautiful, walking the garden felt like a fairyland

Zass restaurant another level, service, food, atmosphere and of course the amazing views ! Carlino's restaurant which is on the lower level is so good for either lunch or dinner - beautiful surroundings and the lemon pasta to die for ! I took skewed meat and my wife tried the pasta - both were fresh and good. Not an English speaking restaurant and they are not used to tourists, but the place was pretty full with local people- always a good sign

Cannot argue that this is one of the top hotels in the world. Everyone is super friendly, very much a family atmosphere. Everybody always seems really happy and enjoy their jobs

As a result, it is the only luxury hotel with its own private beach club, tennis courts, etc. Their upscale restaurant, Zass, is also a truly remarkable dining experience with attentive servers and awe-inspiring views

While visiting Italy for our 30th wedding anniversary, my wife and I stayed at the Hotel il San Pietro in Positano, recently voted a top 10 luxury hotel in the world and with good reason! It defines luxury and sophistication yet maintains a timeless charm and unmatched views of the Mediterranean Sea hundreds of feet below

Around the pool there are a lot of sunbeds, sun umbrella's and there is space for you in the sun or shade under the trees. After a short walk through a pine forest you arrive at the private beach of the resort

Local American family, I decided to come with my children for a few days. We will definitely return!! Beautiful resort, very kind and helpful staff. Gorgeous pool, clean sandy beach, endless play space, very clean

Everything was great, there was an event that was very unpleasant, how does a family of 5 deserve a place on the beach for 3 people, what are the other 2 supposed to do? The beach is completely empty and we were not allowed to use completely empty beds, which really ruined the experience, the fixation and a lack of mental openness for the customer

No reason to get in the car if you chose not to, all of your needs will be met. Comfortable beds and pillows! Room service. Eurospin 5 minutes away if needed. We will return for a longer stay and get an apartment

Our luggage had not arrived in Naples and the reception staff helped us very well with tracing it. In addition, with tips for shopping malls to buy the necessary items that we missed because we had no luggage

The resort has rooms in the main building, around the pool and in a second ring around it. The rooms in the 'second ring' are quieter, but also have a view of the beautiful flowering garden

We vacationed all over the world and I’m not sure a view will beat this one! The weather was unfortunately not cooperative so we did not get to have lunch at the restaurant on property however those views were also beautiful! The art on the property is mesmerizing, you can get lost just looking around at all the unique pieces

Bar inside the hotel was never open even after before or after dinner , reception said go to the pool bar , not everyone wants to sit out side at night and listen to the childish antics of the entertainers and get bitten

We were in this hotel to spend a weekend near the sea to relax, we were very surprised about kindness and care in all aspects, room was very clean and well organized, dinners and breakfasts delicious and various every day

Air con was a must as it was 35° but it never got very cold , also it was very noisy. Hairdryer in bath room was not very good wish I had taken my own. Food was good always found something appealing

Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work

There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room

The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it

10/10 the best hotel I stayed at on my travels! The staff were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The views were sooo beautiful and I loved the Nino Beach Club.
