It's a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is quite big, the balcony has a sea view, and it's also close to the city. The breakfast is OK. For Italy, this hotel has a very good environment.

Staff were nice. However, the hotel promotes having wifi to all rooms. This is not correct, and when I asked about the problem I was experiencing, I was advised that there would not be anything done to make it available. Clearly, they are aware of the problem. Many others in my tour group experienced the same problem.

Not the right time of the year to be here. AC not working, for which I got a free upgrade. Funny enough in the executive room (which perhaps has not been used for ages) the switch bath/shower was broken. Two half full bottles of water in the fridge. Swimming pool with works in progress. Excellent resort with a fantastic swimming pool, large rooms and very attentive staff. A minor letdown is the restaurant (good quality but very limited choice) however there's plenty to choose from within the 1km range. Definitely recommended.

This hotel resort is a fantastic place to relax and recharge. It's very kid-friendly, and the staff are both amazing and friendly, paying great attention to detail. They did a wonderful job celebrating my friend's birthday. Most importantly, the food is incredible. They also have a great selection of wines, and the sommelier is very knowledgeable. Great hotel only 40 mins from Naples, well connected with Pompei and Ercolano or Monte Faito great for hiking activities in summer or winter. Great SPA (a new one is coming by end of 2024) and food experience mixed with the typical products of the area. It's definetly my place to go when I want to relax, enjoy the nature and have great food.

The grand hotel Vanvitelli is located a few minutes from the Rome-Naples motorway exit but is located in a peripheral area with no services. You would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful view or charming ambiance. It was perfect for our family as the room had a loft with twin beds for the boys. The only issue I would take, and this seems to be a European standard, is that the beaches and pools close as early as 6:30. The breakfast was included and a very nice spread. We had a wonderful stay at the Carlton. The hotel staff are very courteous and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced with meats, cheeses, eggs, pastries, fresh fruits. We were sent here by buses after our United Airlines flight to Newark was cancelled. The staff responded amazingly after having a Boeing 767 dropped on them they gave us a great lunch while the rooms were prepared. The place could use a little TLC but so could my home. Taking us in showed bravery and they went out of the way to make us comfortable. Rooms are clean and tidy.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time... The hotel is very sensely located and a 5 minute taxi ride away from the port. FYI taxi to the hotel is 20 euros. Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone... Welcome...

Not for the price during summer. Extremely hot breakfast area (2 fans circulating hot air) a dirty beach in front (cigarette butts and trash) and aggressive pigeons hanging around the small (and not so clean) pool. Our room balcony was the saving grace. Service was great & very friendly staff.

The location, view, design of the hotel. The staff were so very helpful and kjnd. There’s a taxi stand right outside the hotel which is also helpful. We were able to walk to a lot of things. The hotel itself is very clean and smells great!

Facilities: The room facilities are very new and comfortable. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service. Environment: Very close to the beach, opposite the lemon orchard. Service: The dining is very good, and we eat at the hotel every night.

Everything was wonderful and the breakfast was very good. The roof top bar upstairs was very romantic, and there were also people playing songs. It was a wonderful evening.
