We were overwhelmed. Such a place filled with love. The hosts were always friendly and welcoming, with lots of tips for great excursions. Pool, foosball, table tennis, darts, basketball, go-karts – everything was there. Anyone who stays here couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the unforgettable week with you!

We've just returned from a week at the Koflerhof, and we can only say that we'll definitely be back!
Verena, Christoph, and the whole family are super nice, accommodating, and helpful. The apartments are beautifully furnished, with vegetables and fresh fruit from their own garden. The animals are kept here in a wonderful and transparent manner. The garden is a dream for a relaxing day by the pool. The location is a great starting point for hikes, trips into town, the thermal baths, or the Seiser Alm. You should definitely take advantage of the hosts' tips; thanks to Verena, we found a fantastic restaurant.

We spent a week at the Koflerhof at the end of July with two adults, a child, and a dog, and I have rarely experienced such warm and welcoming hosts. Verena spoiled us with fresh tomatoes and zucchini, always had great tips for excursions, and is truly the heart and soul of the Koflerhof. Our apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The farm itself is fantastic for children; there's something to discover in every corner. A huge plus was the heated pool with sun loungers in the garden – simply wonderful after a long day of hiking. A bread delivery service was the perfect finishing touch.

Regarding the location: the farm is situated in the Eisak Valley, somewhat secluded, but easily accessible by car. The Brenner motorway runs directly below the farm, but you can hardly hear it. Ultimately, we loved the valley location; it's a great base for exploring the highlights of South Tyrol. From the Villnöss Valley and the Val Gardena to the Seiser Alm and the Schlern/Rosengarten, everything is within easy driving distance. And the towns of Klausen, Brixen, as well as Bolzano and Merano, are also easily accessible. Anyone looking for a fantastic, child- and especially dog-friendly farm with great facilities, a pool, and lovely hosts in a good location will find it here. Many thanks to the Griesser family!

We spent a week at the Koflerhof at the beginning of July. It was a wonderful week with very kind, attentive hosts. Verena gave us lots of tips and advice, as we had never vacationed in South Tyrol before. Thank you so much for that! The East apartment was just right for us; very clean, bread delivery, washing machine: everything was great. We felt truly comfortable and welcome. Our 9-year-old daughter was also absolutely thrilled: goats, rabbits, chickens, a dog, a cat, play equipment, and a fantastic pool. It was truly lovely.

This is our fourth time here with our children, and we feel right at home.

We find it indescribable how much heart, passion, and above all, hospitality the Griesser family puts into running the Koflerhof. The holiday apartments are fantastic, the pool is great, there's play equipment for the children, and the family truly cares about their guests. We love coming back again and again. The children feel comfortable, and the surrounding South Tyrolean countryside has so much to offer. Absolutely recommended!!! 10 out of 10!

I highly recommend this structure, because it is managed by correct and precise people: large, clean apartments with many comforts. Private parking in the courtyard and extreme availability for check-ins. Convenient to the South Tyrol Christmas markets, which we visited during the Immaculate Conception holiday.

We chose the Koflerhof in Tisens for our summer vacation this year and it turned out to be 100% the right decision from day one. We have already booked many holiday apartments and got to know many hosts. But we have never experienced the kind of hospitality, attention and warmth that the Griesser family, in persona Verena and Christoph, showed us. The beautifully furnished holiday apartment with every comfort, the wonderful terrace and above all the swimming pool rounded off our holiday. We were very happy about the vegetables from Verena's garden, her homemade cinnamon rolls and her delicious raspberry jam (raspberries from her own cultivation). We will always remember our stay and will definitely spend our vacation there again.

I would give 6 stars if I could!!
We had a wonderful family holiday with the Griesser family!
From the first moment we felt at home here!
The children (5 and 7) can spend the whole day alone in the yard with vehicles, sandpits, rabbits, goats, table football, games and especially the pool!
The courtyard is off the streets and therefore super traffic-calmed, the bedrooms are located in such a way that you can't hear anything from the motorway and I say that, wearing earplugs to sleep, because my wife's last breath disturbs me while sleeping! 🤷‍♂️

We had a wonderful holiday with you. The location is really beautiful with mountains all around, the pool, the goats and rabbits a great feeling. In addition, you can quickly reach the surrounding towns for strolling, shopping or restaurants and there are also dozens of great hiking opportunities.
The holiday apartment West is really great and spacious and invites you to relax.
Everything is very well maintained, whether inside or outside, we didn't miss anything. Christoph and Verena are really very personable and warm and provide you with information about hiking and delicious home-grown fruit and vegetables.

We had a dream holiday at the Koflerhof.
The Griesser family are such warm, loving hosts. We lacked nothing!
We felt at home from day 1.
The apartments are super clean, comfortable and really equipped with everything.
The large yard is very great for children. There is no boredom and we parents could really relax.
Every day there were suggestions for great hikes, adapted to the weather.
We also really liked the bread service.
We liked it so much that we booked again for next summer.
