This was a perfect spot for our trip! The hotel itself is beautiful and the family that runs it are fantastic. The breakfast that is included is perfect to start the day and there are plenty of dining options less than a 10 minute walk away in the cute village.

Stayed here for during NYE 2023 and had a blast at this hotel. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Stunning little town along the river. We only had lunch in the hotel restaurant. The service was very friendly and quick! Food delicious!
The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient. I would give the rooms 3,5* overall.
Special mention for the breakfast buffet - it was particularly good and there was wide variety to choose from (including good gluten free and lactose free products). We were a bit disappointed by the food from the restaurant, as well as the service for dinner and at the reception.

Very nice hotel with new, spotlessly clean rooms and a constantly evolving structure. The breakfast was excellent. The location is also strategic, right in the heart of Chiusa.
The hotel is amazing. The staff are really helpful, friendly and serviceminded, and rooms are spacious, modern and clean. We had both breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant, the quality was really good.

There are trails within walking distance of the property that lead for example to the Pond of Fiè. The only problem is the distance from the town with the shops for shopping
We enjoyed a 2 week vacation there. We chose the large holiday apartment, which was also a good decision. The Goller family are really good and experienced landlords. They have become good friends. We will try to go there again

We stayed here with a camper van. It had minimalistic parking for campers with everything included in the price: electricity, water, showers open 24 hours. The owner is friendly and super chill about arrival and checkout times. Great value for the money.

Excellent hotel overlooking the pretty town of Kastelruth. Spacious rooms and Spa second to none. Photos online don’t do it justice. The owners, always present at meal times, were kind, polite, and clearly very hands on in the running of the hotel which results in a faultless efficient structure.
