Front desk staff were all very helpful. We first got there and got our room which was not cleaned, but we went back downstairs and let them know and they got us a different room right away. Actually turned out to be a blessing for us because the room we ended up in had a full ocean view which was absolutely stunning

Great view but … Fantastic view low level of service. Booked 2 rooms each had an issue. I normally book the Byron up the street which was fully booked.

A great, convenient location (you can hear the waves), nicely appointed rooms, and super helpful and friendly staff. The only downside was the kitchen exhaust noise at the top of the building. Not enough to overcome the other advantages of the hotel, however.

We stayed here from 10th April to 14th April, our room was a deluxe one which had plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the beach, the hotel was very clean & the staff were very polite and attentive, breakfast was very good with a great selection, we had a meal in the restaurant which was superb.

If you're a family looking to book the two-bedroom apartment, I would suggest to avoid it and book the regular double/ triple room instead as those are newer, larger and nicer. The apartment is old and dinghy with a tiny toilet with no space to place your clothes and knees will touch the shower while on the bowl. More importantly there is no lift access but a long flight of stairs to the apartment...

We stayed here for two nights while traveling Liguria. If you expect a luxury experience don’t book this hotel but if you’re looking for clean rooms, nice sanitary facilities and a absolutely stunning view from the balcony for a fair value you should check this hotel out. also, really yummy breakfast, one star off because the staff that at times was not all accommodating.

Although a little further out of the town than expected, the hotel was very comfortable and the staff exceptional. The room was comfortable and amenities very good. There’s a regular bus to the two towns which are easy to navigate. Both towns are worth a visit. Restaurant on site was good and served a variety of food.

Included breakfast buffet was very generous & excellent. The staff at desk were all very helpful & pleasant at every encounter.

I am supriced by some of the low gradings of this hotel. I had really low expectations because of that and the low price so I was very happily supriced to find a really nice hotel, with very serviceminded and professional staff as well as the best breakfast I've ever had in Italy. I really like this hotel. It has some character and charm. It has chairs outside and in the garden for breakfast. Our room had a nice valley view all the way to the water far in the distance. The shower had great water pressure and got really hot. Parking can be limited and challenging to make a U-turn down a hill of gravel.

We were there last year. Still wonderful but breakfast was a little sparse. No eggs and bacon like last year and little rolls. Lara was particularly excellent!

Wonderful boutique hotel. Special mention to Paolo . Our rental car’s battery was dead. Paolo immediately drove to the parking area a kilometre away and was able to boost our car with his cables. What a service! Mille grazie Paolo per tutto.

My favorite boutique hotel ever! It is so quaint and quiet and right in front of the sea. I love how small it is with just a few rooms. The staff treat you like family and are always very helpful. And the complimentary breakfast with the view is wonderful! And there are so many things to see and do within walking distance.

The check in staff and breakfast staff were absolutely excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We stayed last weekend and it was a memorable weekend, wonderful location, very nice and clean apartments, unique courtesy from the staff. On our first trip to Lerici in 2022, we opted to stay at the Europa Grand Hotel, but since they changed the layout of their rooms, it no longer accommodated our family of 4. Therefore, we opted to stay at the Doria Park Hotel, the sister property, in a Deluxe Family Suite. Nice hotel located very close to the city centre, beaches and all the main facilities of Lerici. However, the room was too small for three persons and it is too expensive for the services provided (no frigo-bar in the room, weak wi-fi sometimes, very few space for hanging towels and swimsuits to dry, the garage was already full). Not bad the breakfast, but it's possible to serve better.

We stayed up the hill a little. We are here 2 nights. We came back for dinner the second night. Highlights for us were the Spaghetti with Seafood and the Fantasia Đi Mare. We had to use Google translate a little to order but the waiters did speak English. Great experiences, both nights.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights. The only reason this hotel doesn’t have more stars must be the lack of gym and pool. Just go on a hike and bade in the sea. It is a wonderful hotel, very clean, on a beautiful location, with great beds and quiet surroundings.
