Front desk staff were all very helpful. We first got there and got our room which was not cleaned, but we went back downstairs and let them know and they got us a different room right away. Actually turned out to be a blessing for us because the room we ended up in had a full ocean view which was absolutely stunning

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of a picturesque and charming town, making it an ideal base to explore the area. The property itself shows a bit of age but the rooms have been beautifully renovated. Everything feels clean and well cared for, offering a very pleasant stay. Parking is available just a short walk away, which is convenient given the town’s layout. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations. A wonderful choice if you want both atmosphere and comfort.

26.08.2025 Sergio

The view to the bay is well worth it.
The rooms are small
The safety deposit box did not work and
I asked the guy in that front desk to fix it he never came
We asked the same person for pillows and he kept telling me that he was alone and he would get it done. He didn’t get those for hours. We have to go get him ourselves. That was the person during the day the person in the morning in the front desk, he was friendly The same as the staff for breakfast. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was updated.

15.08.2025 Tara

There was not parking. We had to park at 15 minutes walk from me hotel. There was mold in the shower and hair on the floor in the room. The air conditioning did not cool the room at all.

21.07.2025 Maricela

Beautiful property, only bad thing they have no parking

14.07.2025 Thomas

Great view but …
Fantastic view low level of service. Booked 2 rooms each had an issue. I normally book the Byron up the street which was fully booked.

30.12.2024 enrico

Absolutely excellent stay in new and cozy room. Great breakfast and views.

10.10.2024 James

Great Location for the Property. IMO, the Balcony side (Ocean View) would be the only reason to stay here. We had an issue with the elevator and was forced to walk up 3 flights. Very tough for elderly. No help or alternate from staff. Just a sign on the elevator. The breakfast was not a good option. Would I stay here again, yes, but only Ocean view side and would pass on the Breakfast option.
Great location, walkable, Quiet and clean

30.09.2024 Mikael

Really nice hotel with wonderful see views from the newly renovated room. Close to everything that you need in wonderful Lerici.
Breakfast was ok but nothing extra at all.
I highly recommend this hotel and Lerici, will definitely come back.
