Hotel San Terenzo in Lerici

Immaculate and had a wonderful breakfast. Overlook the Mediterranean. Nice atmosphere. We would return if in the area.

We were there last year. Still wonderful but breakfast was a little sparse. No eggs and bacon like last year and little rolls.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Special mention to Paolo . Our rental car’s battery was dead. Paolo immediately drove to the parking area a kilometre away and was able to boost our car with his cables. What a service! Mille grazie Paolo per tutto.

My favorite boutique hotel ever! It is so quaint and quiet and right in front of the sea. I love how small it is with just a few rooms. The staff treat you like family and are always very helpful. And the complimentary breakfast with the view is wonderful! And there are so many things to see and do within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel San Terenzo. Once we made our reservation, they kept in contact with us prior to our arrival. Our first room was on the street side, but they moved us to the waterfront as soon as a room was available. The view from our room was fantastic, we were literally right on the water. The staff was amazing! Paulo, Lara & Debra were all helpful. They provided so much help & direction, which if you read on, you'll understand how important that was for us. The breakfast is provided each morning with a great selection of pastries, bread & fruit. They also have made to order eggs etc. We enjoyed our breakfast & cappuccino's every morning outside right on the water. They have a beach with chairs available, but we didn't have a chance to use them because of weather & day trips that we had planned. The hotel room was clean & comfortable. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, the bus station & the ferry to Cinque Terre (that's a little longer walk, but doable). Unfortunately, we arrived under bad circumstances, which changed our arrival time, but they were there to help every step of the way. Our car was broken into in Pisa just prior to leaving for Larici. Everything we had was stolen, our clothes, medications, shoes, passports etc. When we arrived, Paulo came outside to the parking area to assist us. He brought a garbage bag & tape to cover the broken window of our rental car. Arriving with no luggage was an experience I can't explain. Once inside, Paulo made sure we had the necessary toiletries to get through the night. It was a traumatic experience. In the morning, Lara was there, and she was so HELPFUL!! She translated for us when we contacted the police department & the consulate. She helped direct us to stores so we could find replacements for our stolen items. She also had great info for the ferry to Cinque Terre, the train & bus service. We had to extend our stay a couple times & Debra helped us with that in the evening when we returned. She was also helpful directing us to shopping areas etc. The help & generosity we experienced at Hotel San Terenzo was so much appreciated! We want to thank all of you for your hospitality. We will certainly return if we ever get back to Larici. Thank you, Stacy & Jason

The property was in a great area within walking distance of restaurant’s . We just happened to be there when stormy conditions occurred so did not get to use the beach area. The staff was great at helping to get us info on the area.

Great stay
After a bumpy start with Debra at check in (I think that was her name) we met the lovely Lara the next morning and she was magnificent. She helped us with any enquiries we had and made us feel welcomed. Ahsan was super fantastic as well. Those two made our whole trip great.

At the cafe there was a wonderful lady thin with black hair she was great. The one with white hair stocky was unwelcoming and rude. The cleaner was superb also.

But thanks to those wonderful 3 staff members we had an excellent time in San Terenzo hotel.

It was nice and clean plus the view was wonderful. The only reason not 5 stars is because no Internet while I was there. Lara at the front desk was so sweet and kind to my wife and I.
