Don’t judge a book by its cover!!! This is my 4th hotel I stayed in while traveling throughout Italy and by far my best! My travel agent made a BIG mistake and I wound up here last night after a long day of travel from Venice only to learn my reservation was for a totally different hotel - hours away!!! The owner Carmine , couldn’t have been any nicer!! He immediately made lemonade out of lemons for us . He offered us to stay one night and figure out other accommodations in the morning. I was skeptical at first , but they showed us our room. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The view outside was like a scene from an old Italian movie and was everything I wanted in my trip to Italy . The homemade breakfast was included and we had dinner with them this evening too! It was top notch and not a rip off like every other tourist town in Italy ! The location is very close to the ferry and many stores, bars & restaurants. To sum this up- Carmine and his family run a beautiful “home away from home” for all to enjoy ! It’s not the Ritz - but it has way more to offer!!! If you are looking for a clean & welcoming place to say- look no further !!! Enjoy!!

Fantastic location - Excellent service - Easy parking for SUV - Nice breakfast. The owner knows how to run a hotel. Only stayed 2 days but will return.

Quadruple room was too small even for 1 person. We stayed in much bigger and better hotel in nearby La Spezia for half the price. Also the description was misleading, it said 2 double beds and 2 single beds, while it actually was 1 double bed (which is for 2 people) and 1 bunk bed. Check in was cumbersome as they couldn't explain in clear English that that room can actually take 4 people, also the room reeked tobacco smoke (though they changed it after). I will not stay in this hotel again. It was not a pleasant experience.

Fantastic structure, a few steps from the crystal clear sea of Lerici, and from the embarkations for Portovenere, the 5 lands and the island of palmaria.
Hotel managed in an exemplary manner by Mr. Carmine, who will be able to satisfy all your requests, parking attached to the structure, and the hotel's restaurant is a real gem, we ate very well with attentive and punctual service.
Those were fantastic days that we can't wait to repeat !!
We tried the beaches just behind the castle of Lerici and fell in love with the palm island, which can be reached in 30 minutes by ferry. Fantastic island and without too many settlements that make it truly a dream.

Nice hotel located very close to the city centre, beaches and all the main facilities of Lerici. However, the room was too small for three persons and it is too expensive for the services provided (no frigo-bar in the room, weak wi-fi sometimes, very few space for hanging towels and swimsuits to dry, the garage was already full). Not bad the breakfast, but it's possible to serve better.
