Fantastic staff, location, hotel. We had a lengthy stay here following my husband having a heart attack and subsequent treatment in La Spezia hospital. The staff were incredibly helpful to me and my son, then my husband once discharged from hospital. The location was ideal for us having to get daily meals. While the included breakfast had a large variety of food. Highly recommend.

A cheap place for overnight travelers. The neighborhood is not great so likely you need a car. There’re a couple nice restaurants in this neighborhood. Located just a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Central Station, it's a great spot for exploring the Cinque Terre. There are only about 5 parking spaces in front of the hotel, and reservations are required. Alternatively, you can park in the nearby train station parking lot for about €25 per day. Le Spezia is considered the gateway to Cinque Terre. This accommodation is very close to the train station, which has direct parking. The landlord, an elderly gentleman, was very welcoming and introduced various things. A simple breakfast is also provided. The only downside is that the rooms are rather small.

Nice 4-star hotel at the town centre. Large carpark nearby at EUR18 for 24-hour. If you only park from 8pm - 8am, you can park just outside the hotel (free) or at the car park at EUR0.5 per hour. It is a 20 min walk from the train station. Breakfast was good.

We got moved around rooms although we specifically asked for two twin rooms. They blamed their main booking centre. We had to sleep in different bedrooms and could t unpack properly. It was a nuisance. The restaurant staff wasn’t helpful and a bit rude too. Not happy. The lifts take forever but the restaurant food was fab.

We stayed one night, as we were passing through. We were kindly welcomed and given our room. Everything was tidy and clean. The next day we had breakfast there, where the owner took care of us and we chatted a bit. In our experience it was a great place.

The only bad thing about this place is the beds. They felt like they were made of stacked cardboard, but we were tired enough from our travels in Cinque Terre that is didn’t matter. I booked the room Manarola. Cosy, tidy and lovely room with fridge and a clean and fresh bathroom. Every three days a cleaning lady shows up. Unfortunately the room lies to the main street, what means, that you barely can use the balcony due to noise and fuel. But the windows are noise cancelling, so it is quiet if you close the windows. Everything was great, apart from it being self-service with no front desk. The facilities were clean and new! If we had any questions, we could WhatsApp them, and they replied very quickly, enthusiastically, and politely! They also recommended many restaurants to us.

Where do I begin, The host Keta, by far goes above and beyond, with everything, sent train times, local restaurants and ice cream stores for every town in Cinque Terre. Her response time for everything is seconds not minutes, polite, knowledgeable and her rooms are so clean and beautiful, the train station is 3 minutes on foot so convenient, please do not over look this gem of a place.
