Very good hotel with spacious apartments and a fully equipped kitchen. The price is excellent for what you get. There is free parking right in front of the hotel, and a supermarket is also just across the street, which is very convenient.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only things to keep in mind are that there is no elevator, and the swimming pool is located at another hotel, about a 10-minute walk away.
Overall, for the price, I don't think you can ask for more. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel and great breakfast. Friendly staff, own parking and a great price even in the height of summer. Modern hotel, huge TV in the lounge, everything you need in the room with little shampoo and soaps. It s only a short walk for the centre so no pb ...

It was ok..
Wouldn t recomend this hotel though.
Check in at 5 pm., we had to wait at the beach for three hours.
Rusty refrigerator in the room. Also couldn t close it, so it colected quite some ice during one night we stayed here. The room was clean..a bit small for all the furniture.
Very modest breakfast for a hotel. The staff was not very friendly either.
Parking across the street was ok, also a small supermarket across the street.

From the outside it seems that the apartments are not directly at street level, but are slightly elevated. When you enter the hotel you notice that the reception is downstairs. A bit strange, but at first thought ok.
When we checked in, we found out that our room was on the same floor as the reception. When we entered the room, there were 2 small windows in 2 meters height, which could not even be opened. In the bathroom there was also only a small window in 2 meters height. Accordingly, there was no possibility to ventilate.
In addition, it seemed that there was something leaking in the bathroom, as the floor was wet and thus the wooden door frame was already damaged because of the wetness.
They offered us another room, but only one night later. Unfortunately, the desire passed us there and we did not want to spend the night in the "basement".
Before the booking, it should be clear that the room is practically in the basement!
Probably the other rooms on the upper floors are fine, but I can't report anything about that.
It’s a pity!

I stayed in this facility from 16 to 19 June 2023. In reality the stay was supposed to extend until 26 June but due to a medical event which then resulted in mourning I had to return earlier than expected. upon my departure I was told by the reception that I would be notified for a refund, since I have already been a customer of the structure. I have not received any news in this regard to my and booking phone calls there is no response. as if the number had been blocked. I consider this fact very serious, obviously I will never book in this structure again and I will give anyone who asks me a negative opinion. I know perfectly well that there are regulations that come into force at the time of booking, but at least I wouldn't want to be made fun of by the reception staff. given that I had to return home for a serious matter and not for pure fun. Best regards

The apartment was actually much better than excpected, the pictures on the website should maybe be updated😊 Spotlessly clean, well equipped, nice balcony with a countryside view. Quiet at night. Friendly staff, and they speak good english. The pool at the sister hotel was really nice, we used it every day, didn't mind the 600m walk at all. Many nice restaurants nearby and a good Crai supermarket across the street! Centre of Orosei a 10min walk away.
Only downsides were really hard beds and poor soundproofing, but not an issue really

Room was clean and had everything you need but as is usual for Italy, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I had to sleep on my pillows. Also, buffet breakfast was blah for 10 euros.

No service included (no cleaning,no new toilet paper, no new sheets,no new clean towels) when booked for one week. Long way, 2.2km to nearest beach (not 1 km as they mentioned in the reception),I recommend bike hire. No microwave,no oven,no electric watercooking device. Gas stove and refrigirator included. Bring your own dishwasher brush and towel for drying dishes. Aircondition very good. Only 1 electric contact in living room occupied by TV, no electric contact at kitchen corner.

The hotel is in the center of the city, but it has some deficiencies such as no WIFI signal, especially in the rooms on the 4th floor, the breakfast is not very good, they should start by improving the breads and maybe adding some vegetables such as tomatoes or cucumber
