EA BIANCA Residence in Baja Sardinia

We came here in the early of May. Here was quiet and relaxing because it’s wasn’t the peak season with many tourists.

Every time when we chatted or asked anything to the super friendly receptionist Bela, we could always feel the warm Italian culture and hospitality! We were lucky to pamper with the all kinds of facilities here in the apartment (dishwasher, wash-machine…). It frees us to enjoy the holiday and we slept also well in the spacey rooms and bed!

From the sweet garden along the paths to the swimming pool; from the breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains to the the sea that is faintly visible in the distance. Everywhere is full of tranquility and magic. This residence is truly a hidden gem in Sardinia…💎

Lovely apartment with high ceilings and great air con. We were close to the pool which was great! No noise from pool as it only opens 9am-8pm (but missed my 8am morning swim I like before breakfast so perhaps they could think about adults only at that time or quiet time?) could have done with a few dishwasher tablets, better washing up liquid and some wine glasses but other than that it had most things we needed. Gorgeous pool with a view wi will miss! Never seemed to get that busy. Great location to get to all nearby beauty spots! Thankful for lift otherwise a lot of stairs. Just beware of certain booking operators not telling you about the deposit and a few extra charges! We got our money back for this surprise from the travel agent. A fabulous stay! Highly recommend.

We got here through AirBnB, but in reality, that was just an intermediary. It may be worth connecting directly.
It is a big holiday complex with air conditioning and well equipped (even a dishwasher). The surrounding is nice, you can walk to some beaches but it is better to drive.
Note that wifi is only available near the pool and it is not very fast. Also mobile network is somewhat weak at times.
Overall a great place to stay.

Since 2020 I have been spending my seaside holiday in Sardinia staying at SEA TRAVEL properties. I must say that this is my favourite property so far. We stayed in a very spacious and well-kept residence. Mr. Bela has always been available with valuable advice. Close to Baja Sardinia and Porto Cervo. A few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. I hope to have the opportunity to return next year.

The structure is in a quiet location near Baja Sardinia; the exterior of the Residence is very well-kept; the interior of the apartment has well-distributed spaces and the cleanliness is top notch; our apartment had two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine; the very large living room with sofa bed (very comfortable) for 2 people and well-equipped kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and a terrace with a table and two benches for dining outside; The manager is a very professional person: we had a small problem and he was quick to solve it and make us feel at ease. Everything is perfect, I would only add a few more parking spaces!

Had a fabulous stay here. It is designed as a large complex on the mountain-side. It feels very rural but it is only 100m from the main road. Very convenient to drive 5 minutes to Baja Sardinia. There is a supermarket nearby, and the beach of Baja Sardinia was so beautiful. There is free parking and an elevator. Every unit has its own large terrace. There is a pool that is popular with families. I felt very safe there. The apartment was large, tall ceilings, big bathroom, lots of windows, full kitchen. Very quiet at night, the walls are built very solid unlike many hotels with paper-walls across Italy. Since it is apartment-style, you must take all your garbage and recycling downstairs, which made checkout take longer.

The management is excellent. They are very organized, clean and helpful. My car battery died, and the manager/owner Bela saved the day and helped to jump my car battery. This is service I will always remember.

I thought the price was very reasonable. The only concern I had is I paid €90 extra for a cleaning fee, which I did not see on any of my emails of the reservation. But I did not dispute it because the price was still reasonable but I would advise future guests to read the fine print.

I had a perfect stay overall. I wish I could have stayed longer here! I recommend to everyone to stay here if they are in the Baja Sardinia area.

The man at the reception desk is a sweet heart. Even though we booked through ******* they said that we could check in late, just to call the number we woke him up and he came right up to the office to help us check in. He made our stay great! Loved the property!
