I spent my summer holydays here for the second summer. It was a great experience again.
Because of the Covid I wanted a safe, large and clean place for me and my family. The Arco Naturale Village fully satisfied my expectations again. Also, the organization of the events and the common spaces were amazing.
The location is wonderfull...afterall is an UNESCO site.

Good experience, great staff and entertainers. Food delicious.Animators fantastic. Cleaners good. Only thing negative was that the bungalow was damp and bathroom microscopic

Great for the Camper. Sea a few steps away. Pitches very large. Facilities are always clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Only flaw is the columns for the load of drinking water far...but it deserves 5 stars.

Village and camping..kept clean well!!!!! suitable for everyone ... campers ,caravans,tents.. only strange thing....never found in campsites , in certain parts of the complex it is forbidden to circulate with the bike... I was there in July. in August it seems to have high prices..near the village, about 2.5 km from the.. you do well on the bike...

A perfect place for family vacation: I got to stay at the village Arco Naturale for a week with full board with my family. We were really great! Friendly and professional staff, meals good most of the times (the cakes should improve a bit), clean accommodation with housekeeping and daily linen change. The animation was very nice, but discreet, and a little insistent in proposing the activity.
Overall a holiday that aims to relax with the family (without to renounce to the desk)

Camping village nice for families. The beach and the view of the gulf dell, the natural Arch, and the islet is very beautiful. The village with all services, Call entertainment to those who are interested, the pool, the restaurant and bar. The restaurant and the village equipped for the gluten-free! Full board excellent quality / price ratio. Good food and gluten free on request. Friendly and helpful staff.thanks to Luigi who served us at breakfast, lunch and dinner. A real pleasure to know him and a kindness and professionalism rare.

amazing holiday I have been in the village from the 18/06/2017 to 25/06/2017. I found the hospitality fantastic. let's start from the owners sig.frank and sig.emma mom and daughter people nothing short of fantastic, truly of the heart. the reception is very friendly, the animation never seen the most good of them. the restaurant was fantastic and not to mention the kitchen never eaten so well, however, all very good even the cleaning ladies which is never spoken. the wonderful sea and a greeting to all the staf.

This village should definitely have deserved more than just a 3 however there are a few things that I didn't like during my stay there:
1. Use of bikes is forbidden inside the village, which is definitely a crazy rule given the size of that place.
2. Swimming pool closes between 1.30 till 3.30 in the afternoon, again another stupid rule as it is a service that guests pay for and therefore should be open continuosly during the day.
3. People working on the entertainment side only care about Italian people as all their shows, in the evening, are in Italian.
4. Prices of the internal market and bar are very expensive.
5. Equipment provided in the bungalow as well general cleanliness is superficial

The Arco Naturale Club is a very beautiful camping and village. We are here with our camper and everything is perfect.. the services, the bar, the restourant, the sea. The prices are not too high. The staff is kind and professional. There is everything you can need (beauty centre, mini market, shop, bar...) and a lot of activities for people of any age.

Terrible experience. At first everything seemed very good until they started playing super loud music at 9pm all the way until midnight!!!!! The guy who showed us around casually mentioned that there is a "theatre" close to our parking spot, but didn't mention that they will be playing such loud music. We arrived super tired and impossible to close our eyes let alone sleep, it feels like we are in the middle of a disco. Don't bother if you want to get a decent night sleep!!! To the staff: no point in showing us around if you don't give us some basic information such as the possibility of getting some sleep!!!!!!!
