Hotel Timiama in Peschici

We stayed here one night, arriving at 6:30 PM and leaving at 8:30 AM. We booked with a Smartbox costing €90. After booking, we received an email from the hotel saying that the room we had booked with the Smartbox wasn't available, but for an additional €40 they would give us a better one! We accepted and arrived at the hotel around 6:30 PM, paid the amount due (Smartbox + €40) and went to our room! The room was old, bare, and above all dirty!!! We asked for a change but were told it was full and couldn't be changed! We decided to stay since it was late!! We were told the cleaning lady would come but we never saw her!! The bathroom doesn't have a shower, never mentioned when booking! The only positive note is the central location for visiting the old city! Internal parking costs €10 per day, a fair price! The minimum breakfast included in the Smartbox is the same for all guests without any distinction!!! From a 3-star hotel, you expect more, especially in terms of cleanliness! We left the room as we found it, not leaving any shopping bags, not taking any cases of water, and we didn't even use the air conditioning!!! I think it confused the guests!

Too hot. The blades that turn on the ceiling and do not even move the fried air are of no use at these temperatures.
Intrinsic carpet of dust, bathrooms to be totally revised.
Excellent swimming pool, location and courtesy.
A little dated it needs to be renewed.
Always remember hoteliers and restaurateurs ...... Italian must be treated well because it must be the most welcome in its land.

The external structure looks good but the room we were assigned was old, in addition to the poor furnishings the shower had the two sliding doors both broken and the electrical sockets were half of them.
Another flaw the double bed was so soft in the center that you fell into it without considering that at 11.30 my husband and I went to bed while our two children were still awake and when they went to bed they realized that the beds they weren't even made, but they only had a blanket.
The breakfast was the only positive thing, it was good and fairly supplied
