The structure is beautiful and well maintained, outdoor parking but with video camera, very large common areas. The room is large, as is the bathroom, everything very comfortable and functional. Excellent cleaning, except for a clearly visible stain in the sheet: it was not dirty but stained and it is a shortcoming of the laundry that should have taken care of it and also of the person who had remade the bed who should have sent it back to the laundry. The staff is very kind and very attentive to the needs of the customer. The breakfast is not adequate for a 4 star, certainly improvable: this is the reason for my star less, otherwise it would have had the maximum rating.

The structure is very beautiful, easy to access and with large spaces, the underground parking is appreciated, closed and the ease of access in recent years has definitely improved the standard, and considering the prices charged at an excellent quality-price ratio, the breakfast service should be improved, the structure is located in a wonderful village, where you can move on foot to one of the many delicious restaurants that Ruvo offers.

having to attend a conference in nearby Corato, we decided to stay in this hotel by booking a junior suite; nice room, overlooking the pool, but nothing special, (in my opinion insignificant shack on the bed and absence of a topper on the already concave mattress); young and dynamic staff. The sore point is the breakfast (to be improved without a doubt) not up to the standard of a four star hotel, too poor (obviously pre-packaged croissants), for the rest, being satisfied is dupo

The rooms are nice, but for what you pay including the spa service... You could do much more! I was a little disappointed... The spa is small and not at all relaxing since very often you find yourself sharing it with other people without reserving it for the user who asks for it. A real shame for the amount spent.

The property is clean and looks like its been updated, but i don't think it could be classed as a 4 star.
The staff were not that friendly or helpful.
Asked to see the spa before paying to use it, and initially this was declined, but eventually allowed to see it (no one was using it at the time).
The breakfast was good. General service at the bar was ok. Definitely would not recommend eating in the restaurant for dinner.

It was short. Less than 24 hours. Service was ok except the pool boy was very helpful and friendly

Modern and well-renovated hotel. I liked the parking (in front of the hotel), the room (large, clean, fragrant, modern, with a powerful hairdryer and a large shower), the silence, and the courtesy of the receptionist. I didn't like either the dinner or breakfast; they were limited in variety and a bit poor.

Bathroom flooded after every shower, no shower protection, impossibility to have more than one key in triple room (because they cost too much, sic!). Rude and presumptuous reception staff, unsuitable for the role and offensive. Three days in double room with defective key never fixed
