The property is well managed, clean, and welcoming. The hotel and staff are very nice. We stayed half board, and the food was excellent. Congratulations to everyone.

Great hotel with very friendly staff, excellent spa, comfortable rooms, and truly exceptional cuisine. Stayed as part of a large group of friends who have visited several times and I can see why. Also very well located for the centre of town and easy access to the ski areas we had a fantastic holiday.

What a fantastic hotel. We had high expectations based on the reviews on Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we stepped in the door. We were meet with a big smile and that did not change throughout the week. From the beautiful surroundings to the rooms through to the food and fantastic staff this is a gem of a hotel. We were served delicious high standard food every night which was plentiful and beautiful presented. My husband was unwell and needed to go to hospital. The hotel arranged a taxi to take us there and made sure we were as comfortable as we possibly could be for the remainder of our stay. A special thank you to Gaia & Delia. They are both so special and definitely make this hotel the fantastic place that it is. We will be back ! See you next year.

The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming. The most relaxing and enjoyable stay I have ever had in Europe. The menu changes daily and every selection is delicious. Don't miss out on their homemade gelato (rich, creamy, and full of flavor). THE BEST IN TOWN! Frutti di bosco was my personal favorite. The pool area is clean and very well-maintained and the spa/wellness center is top-notch. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. Great service, friendly owners and staff, amazing food (especially the gelato!), and excellent amenities made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend!

Excellent hotel and service, well located, Room was spacious, well equipped with very comfortable bed. SPA area with a pool, and relax area with beverages is a great choice before dinner, which was wonderful as well. Will definitely come back.
