Booked via crystal holidays. Arrived very late and was welcomed by lovey staff. Shown to room at 11.00 pm. We had a standard room with balcony , however, the room was EXTREMELY small, lacking in decor and very claustrophobic! It was freezing cold as the bathroom window had obviously been left opened all day and night. At that time of night we couldn’t do anything about it despite trying to turn on or up heating , to no avail Spent a miserable night as the bedding was inadequate with no surplus blankets in the room We asked for a bigger room and a warmer room for the next 6 nights, ( at a cost to us of 300euros)!! which was better and offered better comfort and heat Staff are lovely and the hotel itself is spotless. Food was of a very good standard. Hotel bar was pretty lifeless, maybe just the time of year Spa facilities are of a good quality but the timings allocated for children is not adhered to and at times was so loud and not at all offering the quiet relaxing area advertised in the pool area To be fair the staff at the spa did ask the children to leave but their parents really didn’t enforce until the staff had to ask them for a second time on many occasions. Overall lovely hotel, nice staff , spotlessly clean, and a great big shout out to the taxi guy taking us to the slopes and back every day

It's too bad my family and I never got the chance to visit the hotel and we lost all our money spent on Beverly Alps - 100%. It all started when contacting the hotel several weeks before our arrival. I changed dates using *********** and I am not sure why but my initial "free cancellation" option was removed. I kindly asked the hotel to enable this option since I had it in my original order just an hour before but they kindly refused. Ohh well, I thought... what are the chances of me not going on a vacation anyway. Boy was I wrong and in for a surprise. Just 2 days before the flight my son had a massive fever and we could not go. I contacted them multiple times, asking for any solution they might have for me - change the dates, get a voucher, cancel with a fee (even 50% was reasonable, as far as I could see). We even asked *********** to contact them but nothing helped. They care about nothing but their profits. Technically, it's their right - but man... we are all humans, my son got sick, I cancelled the flight, the car, the equipment - everything. These guys however - were the only ones that stood still (up to this day) and with their kind words and responses, charged me 100% of the deal. So, hope you all don’t have any last minute changes or requests, because they might be a great place, but it cost me more than $1000 for nothing. And the best thing - they don't care. Good luck with that disgusting attitude towards your customers.

Stayed here a couple of days during the winter break. The spa was amazing and the food beyond expectations. Super worth it, I’ll be back for sure!

Perfect from the moment I arrived till the day I left. Staff were very professional and courteous, the food was a buffet breakfast hot and cold along with the 5 course evening meal waiter service was superb. Spa was excellent as were the treatments, and the hotel also runs a complimentary bus service to and from the lifts which I took in the morning but walked back in the afternoon probably ten minutes tops, ski room had individual lockers with boot warmers installed. Pistes were quiet and one gondola takes you over the valley to Madonna and if you want to stay there for the Apres a €10

We have just returned after a fabulous week staying at the Beverly Alps. The service was exceptional and rooms cleaned to a high standard. The food at dinner was amazing, four courses cooked to perfection. However there is no butter with dinner so remember to take some at breakfast and put it in the fridge. At breakfast you can order eggs cooked however you want them. The rooms are huge and there is a free kettle available from reception. The shuttle bus to the gondola is always available so saves having to walk back albeit it is not much of a walk. There are two ski shops. Marcia sport (the hotel gives you a discount) or the one at the gondola station which inghams use. My only issue is the hotel was mainly Italians so not many English to chat to in the evening. Bars in Pinzolo were excellent. I would have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you

Lovely hotel! Comfortable. Warm. Immaculately clean. Friendly. Spacious rooms. Copious amounts of food nicely and interestingly presented. Swimming pool excellent - water clean, good temperature, pool large enough if looking to do lengths, warm showers to the side, and large jacuzzi. Ski boot room warm and clean with decent size lockers. Very handy shuttle bus to and from main lift. There is nothing more we could have wanted! Thank you.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for our ski holiday. The hotel, under new management as of this year, fully lives up to its 4-star superior rating. The rooms are lovely, bright, and the room service is remarkable. As for the restaurant, we opted for half board, and the breakfast is excellent. The cuisine is truly exceptional, offering refined and delicate dishes while staying true to traditional mountain flavors. Maitre Davide and his team in the dining room know exactly how to take care of their guests. The service is impeccable. For spa enthusiasts, this is the perfect place, offering all the services you could wish for. We had a wonderful week and truly enjoyed our stay. The value for money of this establishment is EXCELLENT. I highly recommend it!

From the kitchen to the SPA I would say everything is impeccable, I can only give the best to a hotel that offers the best to its clients and personally I would say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
