Our 6 people company were truly satisfied with our stay in Hotel Ferrari during our ski holiday. The location is very good and near the ski bus stop. The breakfast is tasty and fresh - you’ll find everything you need to power up before an intense skiing day. Rooms- tidy and comfy. And the true gem- the service people, especially the receptionist Silvia. She was very helpful and fulfilled every request we asked for. 💙❄️

Hotel Ferrari was the perfect stay for our family of four. Foremost, the hotel staff is family run and incredibly friendly and helpful. Silvia, the general manager, was incredibly responsive by email, and just as quick to support us in person. She is also very knowledgeable about the region and local activities and outdoor sports. The room was a bit tight for a family of four, though absolutely manageable for 5 nights! Our two children had cozy bunk beds which they loved, and my husband and I had our own king bed with access to a balcony. The beds, pillows, and comforters were extremely comfortable! I looked forward to sleeping every night after a long day skiing. We loved the breakfast, which was included and had something for everyone, including eggs and coffee to order. There is also a lounge area in the lobby for congregating to play cards, watch TV, or have a drink. The hotel was well positioned for walking to loads of restaurants in town. There is a skibus stop directly out front, which takes you to the bottom of the Pinzolo cablecar, however, the skibus schedule was unpredictable (not a hotel problem, but an issue if you don't have a car). You can also walk 12 minutes to the cablecar, or park at the base in the huge lot (although it will be full on holiday weeks, and possibly weekends). We loved that the hotel was on a quiet street, away from the hubbub of the town. I would highly recommend Hotel Ferrari to anyone visiting Pinzolo!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The hosts were really warm and polite, which made everything feel welcoming. The location is super convenient - close to grocery stores, bus stops, and it’s really easy to get to the skiing area from there. The breakfast was also great with a few nice options to choose from. Definitely recommend it!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location (near a shop, a bus stop, a good restaurant), the staff is very helpful, taking into account everyone's wishes, there is a separate place to store ski equipment, a space for evening entertainment. A few minimal drawbacks: the breakfast is delicious, but I would like more variety, it was problematic to sleep with asthma, because I had to get up at night for medication due to shortness of breath, and when changing towels every 3 days, after daily cleaning of the room we always found beautifully folded towels, not knowing whose they were. (Maybe a recommendation would be during the next renovation, the bathroom is equipped with: a cabinet in which nothing fits and 2 soap dishes, which are unnecessary, because liquid soap is provided, as well as a lack of drawers in the room). Next time we will definitely come back with a company. If the problem with asthmatic people is solved, it would be a perfect option. Thank you, for existing.

We absolutely loved our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean, which made us feel relaxed right away. Breakfast was delicious and very filling, a perfect start to the day. Silvia was amazing – so warm and helpful, easy communication. Thanks to her kindness, we truly felt at home and would love to come back. ❤️🏂

Good location, easy to walk to the ski gondola. There is also a ski bus stop right outside the hotel. Good breakfast and plenty of space in the room.

Gem of a Hotel With Heart
We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights with Sylvia in her wonderful hotel. Sylvia welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on Pinzolo and the area to allow us to make plans for our 3 day visit. We were given complimentary bus passes to be used in the area which made travel easy. Also Sylvia recommended some great restaurants for suppers. The daily breakfast buffet was filling and varied with fresh produce and great coffee. We left feeling like we were members of Sylvia's family. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat.

The friendliness and availability of the staff makes the big difference for this structure, kindness, courtesy and availability are the flagship of the Ferrari!
Excellent and rich breakfast is served in a large and comfortable room with a sweet and savory buffet and bar service.
The clean and welcoming rooms all with private bathroom.
Location in excellent position.

A special note deserves Silvia, an extremely kind and patient person, prepared for everything and smiling. The room could be improved, the windows did not close perfectly, during our stay the temperature remained high and we were not cold but I imagine that in the middle of winter it could be a problem. The breakfast has a very good variety of excellent quality products, many of which are HAND-MADE. We will certainly return. See you soon
