Location was fantastic and terraces had a beautiful see view. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but fresh.
A clothes horse for laundry is my only suggestion. Washing machine was great but nowhere to hang laundry to dry.

Prime location and reasonable price...Loved the self-check-in. Right on the beach, next to old town. Loved the terrace. Balcony that opened to the sea was a bit constricted but probably for safety reasons.

Great location very nice welcoming hosts! The only fact that made my rate of the room 5 and not 5 is that unlike publications, there was no electric cattle or coffee machine in the room, the hosts suggested us to reach the main building for drinks which was nice but not the same as to have them in the room especially in the morning …

This was such a beautiful location right in the city center of Polignano a Mare. We had a lovely balcony and plenty of room. Our host allowed us to check in early as we arrived early and my father is handicapped so we had limited mobility. There was private parking and a shuttle to and from the room, which was great!! We enjoyed a sunset boat ride, dinner at the Grotta, and a vespa tour to the countryside towns. I wish we had more time in this beautiful location. Thank you for being great hosts to us.

Awesome view, amazing room and a great size, not too small, huge bathroom. The best location right in the old town with lots of places to eat and drink on our doorstep. Great breakfast choice as well served on the terrace 😊😊.

Donatella was absolutely lovely as well as her husband. They looked after us so well, nothing was a problem.
We booked for 2 nights but stayed 4 and if we had more time we would have stayed longer.

Absolutely loved this place. Great location, building with character, great staff and a nice breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again. We started in a tower room, which are interesting, but a bit cramped. The next morning the owner asked how our stay was at breakfast, and when he learned the situation, he moved us to a more spacious room, not in the tower building.

This is a beautiful Place to stay. The building is beautiful and the view is amazing. We had a triple room and it is actually two rooms with a single bed and one room and a double in another room. Our host was wonderful and very informative. They truly beautiful place to stay

Location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Polignano old town, overlooking the ocean. The hotel offers a private parking 10 min away with golf cart transportation to and from the hotel (very convenient) The building (XV century) is fully renovated. Our bedroom had a full ocean view. The bed was very comfortable. Shower water pressure was weak. Great breakfast! Service was top. Donatella was all over, ready to cater to everyone’s needs. We will definitly go back.

This is a great place in the heart of the Storico Centro, with spectacular views from the rooms and rooftop terrace where a full breakfast is served daily. Pierluigi and his wife are wonderful hosts. Old world charm with modern fixtures. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Very highly recommended.

Thank you Pierluigi for hosting us at your amazing property. From the room we had to the amazing breakfasts we had on the terrace are memories I will keep for ever. The location is perfect , right in the middle of the old town . If you are visiting Puglia you must stay here, you will not regret it.
