Hotel Nicolaj in Polignano a Mare

Horrible hotel i spoke to someone on the phone and they gave me one price then he called someone on the phone by the name of Maria and she gave me another price. Toilet was also not working not worth coming here there are way nicer places

Dreadful. The hotel was probably build in the 1970… and should have stayed there. The rooms were smelly, the air conditioning so loud and cold (and there was no way to change the temperature) that we had to… disconnect the fuse to turn it off. Toilet dirty, shower… don’t even get me started. And then there was breakfast - sweet cakes, awful toast bread, a few slices of ham and cheese, few yogurts and a coffee that we couldn’t drink, it was so awful. Do not recommend to anyone. Not for this price at least. The lady at the reception was very nice though.

Structure that should be completely revised including the furniture. Convenient location in the center of Polignano. The quadruple is white but with a view on a construction site. The room had a stale smell, we had to keep it open. Quite poor breakfast as it must be chosen on a sheet the previous day, as for a shopping list, served in a bag in the morning. All cutlery and plates are paper. Including hot drinks they are served in hot paper cups that are not held in the hand !!!! We do not cling to the covid ... a buffet served can be done. The cappuccino looked more like dirty water. Rude reception staff ... don't even look to whoever talks to them and whoever leaves the keys .... to be avoided!
