It was such a memorable stay. Tiziana was a lovely Host who took care of us all the time & even invited us to her husband's amazing birthday party. They & their friends were so nice & very welcoming. Thanks again for the wonderful evening which we will never forget!
Breakfast was awesome with a lot to choose from. We especially loved their espresso, the pasticciotti & the friselle pugliesi. Everything was yummy. Furthermore Tiziana provided us with a lot of tips & ideas for the day.
We also enjoyed the pool which can be used the whole day. The rooms were nice & comfy, decorated with great attention to detail.

OMG, what a place. Amazing in every way.
Tiziana, is absolutely fabulous. So accommodating to all our needs.
We stayed here with my family for a wedding and was just perfect. The place is beautiful and rustic but with all the modern amenities. I couldn't ask for a better place to relax and unwind.
Would come here over and over again.

Is there a place in Polignano a mare where you can sleep in perfect silence and wake up with chirping birds? Masseria San Martino is embedded in the countryside, 15 minutes drive from Lama monachile. The few rooms are cool and nicely furnished. The chilometro zero breakfast is gorgeous. You can swim in the private pool first thing in the morning or any time during your stay. Tiziana is a very charming landlady and gave us perfect advices on where to go or have dinner. We will get back.

Amazing find last minute while trying to find a unique and “original” place to stay in Puglia. The property is indeed unique and the hosts are extremely welcoming. Will definitely look to stay again next summer!

Masseria a stone's throw from the beaches of Polignano and Monopoli. After the sea, beautiful in the area, we arrived at the farm and we couldn't resist swimming in the pool. The place is intimate and the owners are extremely helpful. The courtesy and hospitality impressed us positively. We can only recommend the facility!

Wonderful, beautiful, quiet masseria. Tiziana and Giacomo are amazing hosts!
Every detail is taken care of. The breakfasts are so good, with freshly baked cookies and pies. Cherry on top: they provide lactose free milk, and the bakes goods are also mostly lactose free.
The pool is beautiful and clean.
I'd suggest warmly to book here.
