absolutely useless customer service. My ID card was forgotten to be remitted to me after checkout, and after making contact with the hotel staff regarding the address to which to send the ID card back, after two and a half months I still have not received the ID card in the mail. My calls have resulted in being told that the 'card had already been sent to the address given', while my attempts at chatting via Whatsapp / Google Chat have been completely ignored. I will never return to this hotel and would not recommend any family or friends to come here, if they are passing through the area. The staff are entirely incompetent.

We stayed my husband and I for the first time in this hotel last week. We already knew the hotel theology of the fam. Bianchi had spent our holidays at the Metropolitan in Igea for 6 years and we were not disappointed !! All very good reception food rooms and especially the bartender / waiter Mirko !!! A great one indeed. A small flaw that is meant to be a piece of advice ... reviewing the exterior deor is not suitable for a hotel like this. We will definitely be back

ZERO VOTE ANIMATION: BECAUSE IT IS NOT EXISTING IF NOT BY GOING TO THE ROYAL INN, A HUNDRED METERS HOTEL, BETWEEN THREE STARS AND WHERE THE FAMOUS "TRUE ALL INCLUSIVE" WAS NOT WORTH, ALL INCLUSIVE PRESENT AT THE HOTEL BAR BUT WITHOUT BEER FOR TWO DAYS WITHOUT A SHAPE OF DECAFFEINATED COFFEE FOR THREE ... AND IT IS SAID BY ONE THAT IN 10 DAYS HAS TAKEN 3 CAPPUCCINI AND 9 COFFEE AND A FEW SLUSH.
VOTING ROOM 2: WITH BATHROOM "PARTIALLY RENOVATED" AND EVERYTHING ELSE, OLD FURNITURE AND FRIDGE, FROM MAXIMUM 3 STARS TO BE GENEROUS !!!

BEACH ZERO VOTE: BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD TO PAY PRIVATELY (164 EUROS OF WHICH REFUNDED ONLY 80) TO GO (AS THE BROCHURE WRITES) 30 METERS FROM THE SEA, BECAUSE THE CONVENTION THAT THE HOTEL HAS IS PRACTICALLY WITH A BATHROOM 500 METERS (IN CENTRAL SQUARE IN SAN MAURO) WHERE THE FAMOUS ALL INCLUSIVE IS NOT WORTH AND WHERE THOSE WHO HAVE MOBILITY PROBLEMS CAN DIFFICULTLY GET THERE WITHOUT CONSTANT HELP.
IN SUMMARY CERTAINLY NOT A 4 STAR AS DESCRIBED IN ADVERTISING.

We returned for the fourth time to the Capitol and as usual we had a wonderful holiday, great food and wide choice, nice and clean rooms.
Staff ok, Michela at the reception with style and professionalism and above all the barman Mirco with whom, after 4 different bartenders in 4 years, this time we have reached the top.
The only slight flaw, the change of the beach, not that the quality has deteriorated, only that the Delio bathroom was much more comfortable being just 20 meters from the Capitol, unlike the Gino bathroom which is about 150/200 meters.

We were very happy with the service, the really welcoming structure, always everything clean and in compliance with the anti covid rules.
We eat very well, there is always a wide choice on the menu, plus always tasty and abundant dishes !!! TOP breakfasts! All managed by efficient and trained staff. A special thanks to Mirko who, with his kindness and sympathy, managed to convey carefree and the right harmony for a truly relaxing stay! We hope to be able to return in September for the next holidays. Thanks and a special hug 💗
