The proprietors and all staff were very proactive in ensuring our stay was pleasant. The New Year’s Eve menu and service was marvellous. We lost count of the number of courses. A special call out for all the restaurant staff, who were lovely and sooo hardworking, Leo, the Maître D, who was very professional and efficient in organising that everything went smoothly and, of course, the chef for the excellent menus. The only ‘complaint’ concerns 1st January: despite the abundant cenone of 31st, the huge lunch buffet included - in the best Romagnola tradition - lasagne (which was perfect), fritto misto and an entire porchetta. Of course, we had no choice but to try all of those . We will be back (but only after we lose the five kilos we gained).

Described as 4 stars, however closer to 2 stars hotel. Building and rooms need maintenance as well air conditioning. Hotel staff not willing to support and help. Bad experience.

Dirty rooms, terrible customer experience, old building in need of maintenance. Also not a nice area of Cesenatico.

Very, very professional!

We stayed a week, riding bikes and exploring the Italian countryside. (They have bikes for guests to use and storage for your bike should you bring your own, as we did.) We were traveling with our German friends who had stayed there before, making it easy for us to get around as they knew the area.
The hotel owners live at the hotel and interact with the guests, making sure things go smoothly. There was entertainment most evenings and we enjoyed that. The staff didn't speak English but we got by just fine, they were always ready to please. The meals were included with our stay and they were extra good, buffet style, so you got to see what was available even if you didn't know what to call it. I'd go back given the chance!

A very nice and clean hotel.
The location is fantastic. All rooms have sea views.
The breakfast is varied and delicious.
The pool is very clean and well-maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels and sheets are changed. The rooms are a little small but enough.

made a last minute booking for my son and I to stay at this hotel for the weekend as we are in italy travelling around. Specifically booked a twin room which they accepted but when we got there it was a double. To say the manager could not give a damn would be a massive understatement. Had to ask for extra bedding as they just couldnt or wouldn't come up with any solution to the problem. Then the one morning I was downstairs working early and asked if I could get a coffee at 7:45 to be told that breakfast is from 8 - fair enough I can wait 15 minutes within the next 5 minutes loads of people sat at their tables eating breakfast seemingly the 8 am embargo only applied to me 😂

A great location with beautiful sea view, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of life but in a quiet location. The hotel is kept clean at all times and the staff work in a coordinated and well organized system. They are friendly and treat even the most problematic guests with patience and dedication. Service is fast and accurate. The cuisine is excellent, quality and plentiful. All services are excellent, the beach is tidy and clean. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their hard work and smiles.

What a scam ! Please read my review and aviod this hotel if you can.
We have paid for 2 days all inclusive option.
On arrival they have advised us,that we need to decide the meals straight away.
6 choices and you can choose max 2 options plus one desert.
We didn’t like the menu at all,plus when have asked for a coffee for a dinner,they said the coffee is extra.
On all inclusive vacation…
We wanted to leave first night,they have advised us,that we cannot as we would loose all the money.
Hotel has advised us,that we can contact the booking and we can change the all inclusive option to bed and breakfast.
So we did.
The receptionist has asked for our bank details,so they will send our money back,but of course they have not.
Booking is asking us to contact the property,but the property is not responding…
Please,if you want to go for a nice vacation,book something else,not this hotel…

Hotel very well maintained and is right on the beach. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great! Pool perfect! We like to come back again and again!
