Hotel Caesar in Cesenatico

I chose this hotel according the reviews and it were right.
Its a family hotel, very kids friendly and i had a best family vacation with wife and 3yo son.
Food was excellent, sea was ideal and the staff in the hotel was the best. Everybody was kind, smiling and helpful.
You can rent a bike in a hotel, the pool is great, and they is many things to do in the surroundings on daily basis.
Hotel is and older building, well mantained, clean rooms and great service.
Nothing was missing on our holiday and we were happy and sadisfied.

The welcome was warm from the first moment, and the entire stay was pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast was rich, varied, and high-quality: sweet and savory options for all tastes, made with fresh products. Starting the day like this was a pleasure every day. The free bicycle service was also much appreciated, perfect for exploring Cesenatico and for a stroll along the seafront. The location is enviable. The dinner was delicious. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, always kind and smiling, they made our holiday even more special. The rooms are a little dated, it's true, but very clean.

A typical beachfront hotel on the Romagna Riviera, perhaps not a modern 4-star, but it has everything a family beach vacation needs.
The breakfast was plentiful and varied, both sweet and savory. The waiters were so friendly that our son didn't want to go home and wanted to stay with them.
The young owner was very professional and always ready to accommodate our every request.
The rooms were small, but clean and had a beautiful view.
We had a wonderful stay.

EXCELLENT: We are a couple with a 4 year old girl. Family run hotel. The owners and all the staff were welcoming, kind, helpful... we felt like we were at home. Clean rooms, daily change of towels: we chose full board, from breakfast, to lunch and dinner, excellent food, served promptly, without waiting and hot. Here too, the staff are young, polite and truly helpful. For children there is the possibility of further choices: even for us adults we were able to make some off-menu requests if necessary. The miniclub service for children is also excellent, with a super entertainer! We will be back without a doubt, thanks to all the hotel staff for welcoming us so warmly.

I have so much praise to give to this hotel, but the amazing thing I would like to focus on was the kindness of the staff. On the day of departure the car didn't start and they kindly gave us a room to freshen up (without paying anything). In the commotion I forgot a very important bag and, entirely at their expense, they sent it to my home.
I really have no words, guaranteed stop next year. Also because, kindness aside, the place is wonderful. It was also the first hotel where I ate better than in all the restaurants I frequented in Tuscany!

Fantastic service from all the staff, delicious food, great pool and so close to the beach

I stayed in this hotel in Cesenatico inn whose kindness and cordiality represent that being in Romagna, a land of sympathy and joy. The smile starts from the good morning with abundant breakfasts served internally or externally. Position facing the sea, crossing an avenue that in the evening comes alive with life to and from the beautiful center. There are plenty of well-kept and safe bicycles, clean swimming pools suitable for the capacity of the structure. Impeccable room service with careful change of linen and towels with courtesy in the mini bar. The strong point was 8l refined and refined food with tastes that reflect that culinary regionality. Meals not very abundant but complete and rich with a buffet of battered vegetables and a thousand flavors and compositions.
Attention to the guest and his thousand needs and requirements that confirm the solid tradition of a family that knows how to do its job. Thanks Cristian and family.

This is a great hotel!
I stayed with my three year old kid, husband and my parents. We asked for two rooms (one triple and one double) and one of them was upgraded for free to a triple room.

The triple rooms are spacious and feature three full size beds, two bedside tables, a desk with mini fridge, a safe in the wall (use of the safe is free, but you need to leave some euros as a deposit, since it has a normal key)

The bathroom is perfect: toilet, bidet, large sink, a mirror almost as big as the room, and fantastic lighting.
The shower cubicle is big and can fit a little bath tub for children if required.

The airconditioning is the best I've ever tried in a hotel: quiet, kept the room cool, and crucially didn't blast cold air directly onto the beds.

The room also has a good size balcony, plenty of space for drying swimsuits and towels, two sun loungers, and lots of space for sand toys.

Also decent tv with lots of channels in the room.
The cleanliness of the room was spectacular as well, our lovely cleaning lady Anna was also super flexible with cleaning later if we needed the room for whatever reason.

For me the room was a 10/10.

The hotel is not huge, about 50-60 rooms, the communal areas are tidy and functional.

There are two play areas for children: one is a little playground in the shade by the bar, with a little swing, play houses and a slide. The other is a very well stocked play area with lots of toys near the restaurant.

Breakfast is served in the bar area, it features some continental options, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt, milk, fruit and cereals and also the classic Italian breakfast with pastries, cakes, biscuits, toast and freshly made crepes with nutella.
Also available are water, juices and freshly made coffes to order.

The lunch and dinner offers a choice of 5-6 first dishes and 5-6 second dishes you pick one of each from (these need to be ordered in advance, the menu just appears at your table the evening before), plus a vast selection of cold starters and breads and sauces.
At the end of the meal you can choose a dessert from a set of usual options plus a special one for the meal.

The restaurant staff was fantastically accommodating of our somewhat needy requests, having a picky toddler with us.

The kitchen staff is also happy to prepare anything off the menu within reason, if ordered the day before.

We stayed for eight days and the food was consistently good, varied and we didn't feel like it was getting repetitive or boring. The portions are also very generous.

I would recommend their take on panna cotta, it was excellent!

The hotel is in front of the beach and our quote included the use of umbrellas and sun loungers at the beach.

There was animation for children, but we didn't use it much.

The pool area provides three pools: an adult sized one, a children pool with very shallow water, and a jacuzzi. All pools are kept at 25 degrees which is very nice even in hot weather.

The hotel provides a ton of toys for use in the pool.

The hotel also freely provides beach and pool towels, literally as many as you need.

The hotel is family run and you can see how much people take pride in their work.
I highly recommend this hotel and I hope we'll be back again!
